Hyatt Place Memphis Germantown

Very nice room with comfortable beds. Overall, facility was quite nice and the hotel is isolated from noise and the street...very peaceful. Neighborhood is very nice and there are several good places to eat nearby. Pets are accepted and there are plenty of places to walk them. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Costco is close if you are gassing up for a long drive.

Good, but not great, value. Room price was a smidge high and pet fee ($75) was high for a short stay...would be fine if staying more than 3 nights. But it was a nice place overall!

I loved the location. All of the staff was pleasant! The room was really nice, two queen beds and a nice seating area also with a sofa bed! The shower was really nice! The breakfast was really good, there was a good variety to choose from. The property is also very close to gas, restaurants and shops! Let me also mention the price was pretty great too!!!!

The only thing I didn’t like was the distance of the parking from the doors. If you arrive late, the farther you’ll have to walk. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t that far, but at night in an unfamiliar area, can be uneasy. Oh yeah, there was a mini fridge but not a microwave in the room. The pool was closed, but this is probably due to the pandemic.

Everything!! My room was so clean and it smelled cleaned!!! The staff was beyond helpful!!! It was pouring down raining when I arrived and the hotel assistant helped me get my bags in and took them to my room!!! He and the desk clerk took exceptional care of me and my family!! Also the a/c went out in our room and they took care of busy and moved us to a different room right next door it was seamless!!! I’ll be back!!

Comfortable check in. The room was clean and the breakfast staff was great because when we checked in the guy at the front desk told us the wrong time about when breakfast ended so when me and my kids went down the next morning for breakfast around 8:50am the breakfast guy informed us that breakfast ended at 9am but he still made sure we got everything we wanted for breakfast before he put everything up and I really did appreciate that.

I only thing I didn't like was they don't provide a microwave in the room, but no worries because I brought my own you need it having three kids around and finally the refrigerator took all day to get anything cold so they should check those on a regular

Everything was great. Especially since I travel for business and it has everything you need to include breakfast on the morning.

Just one thing,…the light coming in from the parking lot and the landscape lighting is through the roof. The windows have blackout blinds but light get through edges. They need to take a look at that. Damper down the landscape lights.

Exceeded my expectation 100%. Will stay again if I'm passing through. Referred my friends who travel through frequently.

Staff was courteous and kind. Room and facility was very clean. Beautiful area of Memphis. Plenty of shops in the vicinity. Loved Germantown.

The room was spacious enough for four people (double bed room). It had a sleeper sofa area, as well as, this area with a sink and table. The lobby was beautiful. They had an amazing breakfast selection! As far as the location I would recommend a car to go into the city and other places.

Although we had a slight pest control issues (not bed bugs thank God!) it was like small outside bugs. Nevertheless the general manager was made aware of my complaint about it, and handling it accordingly.

It was clean, modern, pretty, centrally located.

The staff. They took cash at check out, then charged my card on Booking. When I called to straighten the situation out, the staff member hung up in my face. I left 2 messages with the general manager, Mr. Grayson. I finally called the 800 customer service line. The next day I got my refund.

The options for breakfast were amazing it covered everything! The coffee out front and I loved the little food area the little bar area excellent. We will stay again and refer anyone traveling through to stop and the price for 3 adults and the 4 year old were the best. Pool food the staff was so friendly and helpful.

As always, we love the area, the quiet location of the hotel, the cleanliness of the hotel and our room and the kindness of the staff!!

Well, we had to change rooms. The original room we were booked for smelled like feet! Yes, I said FEET!! So, we went back to the front desk and requested another room. This was the first time we've ever had that to happen!!
