The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good. The room was really clean and comfortable.
There was a baseball team staying during our stay. They were camped out in the parking lot doing what looked like tailgating. Kids were running up the hallways and slamming doors for some time which was quite disturbing and annoying. The hotel ran out of towels so we had had to wait for an hour or so for towels to be able to shower. It was a minor inconvenience because it made us late to our event. The mirror was broken in our bathroom by previous guests when we arrived but we notified staff and they noted it.

Breakfast was appreciated, however it was not exceptional. Variety was standard. Bottled water would be nice as an offering, however in its absence a staff attendant was kind to get me one upon request.
No discount for late check in. This hotel was my second pick after first one didn't pull through and I arrived after 10pm

Easy to find a location close to the interstate. Brand new hotel so everything was modern, clean, well-kept and overall well updated. Quiet comfortable rooms. Very comfortable bed. It was nice having a fridge and microwave in the room.
The staff could have been a little more friendly upon arrival at the hotel. Aside from this, my one night stay at this hotel was awesome and I would totally stay here again.

We’ll, there was no door handle on closet/bathroom and the closet side was loose almost ready to fall off. Other than that, all good!

The location was great as far as amenities close by. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful.
Apparently when installing the window treatments, the sheers and black out pieces got mixed up. One sheer and 1 curtain on the inside track and the same for the middle track. This meant there was a gap letting in the outside light. Rm 323. I was able to temporarily fix it for our stay but if not fixed the light hits the pillow.
