Courtyard by Marriott Memphis Southaven

I stayed one night for work. The check in and cafe staff were nice, there's microwave food options near the check in desk, Starbucks cafe options in cafe (I don't think breakfast was included in room price). The room has a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There looked to be a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

My only complaint is the cleanliness of my room. There was a piece of gum on my headboard. I also noticed a tissue under the corner side table.

This is a great place to stay, safe and just outside of Memphis...Lots of good restaurants that you can just walk to from the hotel or drive to in 5 minutes. 15 min from Graceland and sightseeing! but far enough from downtown to be a safe place for my car, traveling cross country, had a a roof rack on top of the car with valuables...so had to be extra careful! This was one of our fav hotels we stayed during our trip!

Great location, no continental breakfast even though I was told it would be. A little pricey but clean, comfortable and quiet.

There was a device on the wall that malfunctioned and woke me at 4am off and on and they didn’t know what to do to stop it so it was disturbing while trying to sleep. Desk person tried to reach manager because maintenance was not available but was never able to reach manager.

I really enjoyed the restaurant inside the hotel. The employee there was very helpful. Also, everyone that I came in contact with as far as the staff where very professional and kind.

I didn’t like that some of the people who stayed on the 3rd floor where loud. Also, the gps sent me to the wrong location first.

The room was great. Had to go to the front desk for towels for the pool area.

$15 for a tiny little breakfast is ridiculous! We did not pay it! Apparently no one else was paying it either!

The place was perfect! It was clean, nice pool and hot tub! But we had no hot water and had to be moved to a room 10 doors down, in our pjs!! No breakfast! Had to buy Starbucks! We thought it was free, but the hotel clerk offered us a free coffee for our trouble and we decided to leave. I would definitely go there again, but just check the hot water and know that they do not have a free breakfast.

No hot water, no free breakfast!! I did not like the Starbucks thing and you had to pay for it. OK

The room was beautiful and spacious. My kids really enjoyed the indoor pool. The only thing I hated was they did not serve breakfast but everything else was great.

They did not serve breakfast. I think they should have snack machines on every floor. The ice machine did not work on my floor.

What I loved the most was your amazing staff. Sunshine checked me in and she was the best. So sweet. Ms Davis, in the Starbucks shop was wonderful. The most respectable person she could be. We laughed and talked. She made me an awesome cup of coffee. I can’t speak enough about Jock. He was soooo sweet. Amazing personality. He always had a smile on his face and he made sure BOTH nights we stayed that he went out and started the fire pit for us. Lastly Ms Debra the last morning was a smile on our face when she took care of us at the coffee shop. These employees should be well commended for their amazing work ethic ❤️

Only complaint, they did not have milk in the coffee shop to make our Lattes the second morning :(

Left property to have breakfast

Shuttle was available from airport when u arrived on Friday. No Shuttle service on the weekend. Busiest time of the week. Not good

The huge bed was amazing. We slept so good. We are smokers and the courtyard was a great comfy place for us to smoke. Felt safe at all times too.

I hate we missed breakfast. We slept til 10:45am lol
