Hampton Inn Branson - Branson Hills

The hot breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff was so friendly. The to-go breakfast bag is a great idea and did come in handy.

There really needs to be grab bars in the toilet area. So many older people are travelling today (I met several in the breakfast area) and while the recessed area/wall hides the commode, there are no bars to act as support and this could cause a serious injury. There is a grab bar in the shower, so why not one on each side of the commode? Since the commodes are not handicap height, bars would really help.

Great weekend price for the location. Professional and courteous staff. Plenty of breakfast options. Emelie, the manager on duty, was knowledgeable of her duties and the surrounding area. She was also extremely helpful, not only to myself, but to the employee she was helping train. This will be my go-to hotel for future stays in Branson.

Thar I couldn't stay longer...

Room was spacious and comfy, I love that there is a microwave and refrigerator to keep leftovers and drinks. Wi-fi was fast and free! The pool was empty every time we went in so myself, my husband, and our kids had the place to ourselves.

Breakfast wasn't great, but I understand that COVID restricts some of the things they serve. Mask wearing was not very strictly enforced. There were plenty of times people were standing in the lobby or walking through halls when they did not have their faces covered.

Friendly staff and clean facilities.

Could use some more sound proofing, could hear everything in the halls. Water would be hot then flash to cold and then back. I’d say these are common hotel issues though.

Every thing except the breakfast and parking

We came home from HH, SC, in January. These 2 Hamptons we stayed at had full, hot breakfasts and tons of upfront parking. This Hampton Inn had neither. We expected Hot Breakfast as part of the package. It's a value-added part of Hiltons Honors program. We can get a cold Continental Breakfast at many other discount motels, but not expected at a Hilton. Very disappointed.

I loved the location. We dont like like being down in the middle of Branson. It was a perfect location. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcomed.

We can down to have breakfast about 9:40 and they were already running out. When I ask for biscuits and gravy, they have me one biscuit, split open with not enough gravy to even cover the top of the biscuit. I could hear them talking about running out of everything. I think if you are having breakfast until 10 am, you should still have enough for those coming before then

The location of the hotel was a little further than I thought to Hwy 76. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Check in was easy. I would stay again

very nice, clean property. we were here for a cheer competition and decided to stay here, off the main strip. it was still close enough to everything!
