Scenic Hills Inn

The room was a good size, clean and and made very good use of space. Breakfast was very good and staff was great.

The room was clean but could use some up dates, and some minor repairs on wear and tear items, 90 % of room was fine.

We always enjoy Scenic Hills, I did feel bad for Ann who was managing everything from front desk, housekeeping and hot breakfast. Seemed short staffed.

I was alittle dissapointed that all 3 days of our stay the same breakfast was offered. Would have been nice to switch it up, bacon for sausage?? Potatoes instead of biscuits and gravy.

I really liked the location of the this hotel. Everything was within a 5-10 minute drive. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels for me and my two girls. Beds are decent, refrigerator in the room along with a table and two chairs. Air unit functioned perfectly. All staff were super friendly and professional. Kat was awesome! Hot breakfast served daily.

Vending machines were out of order and a microwave in addition to the fridge in each room is something to consider. Breakfast is good but adding some variety would be better. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy everyday gets tiring (we stayed four nights). None of these would keep me from staying here again though.

Family friendly and cost affordable! The breakfast is hot and delicious and the pool was relaxing and fun for the kids!

There needs to be more handicap parking for people actually in wheelchairs, the rest of the parking is extremely inclined and it was extremely hard for myself being wheelchair bound to find decent parking! Our room had a few places that you could tell hadnt been cleaned but i just cleaned myself and didnt complain! We were happy to be on vaca and the staff had already been so nice! I think the only other complaint would be it didnt seem that the pool was being filtered to be cleaned!

A nice little motor inn we came up here to have a knee surgery so we stayed for 3 days and then on the way back we forgot to bring a wheelchair so the guy went and got a wheelchair for me to get up and out of the room which I consider the meaning of HOSPITALIY ALSO THE ROOM WAS VERY REASONABLY PRICED THEN WHEN I NEEDED THE ROOM FOR A THIRD NIGHT THEY DIDN'T TRY TO JACKPOT ME FED US A BIG BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND NICE AND SAFE AND QUIET NICE CLIENTELE I REALLY COULDN'T THINK OF ANY MORE TO SAY ❤️

There was nothing I didn't like.

Breakfast was good they had a variety to choose from. The cinnamon rolls were a bonus. The location is great alot of activities and restaurants to choose from and it's close to Silver Dollar City

The breakfast was perfect. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was very clean.

The furniture was very dated and scared. The carpet in the room was gross and I was afraid to walk on it in my bear feet. The carpet in the room should be replaced with flooring. The pool was closed and obviously you could see the space was not cared for and in need of restoration. The lady how checked me in was rude and short with me when I asked her two simple questions about the room I was assigned to.

We loved the location its not on the strip but close to the strip and everything else. The breakfast was good egg, sausage, biscuits, gravy, muffins, cinnamon rolls and more. It was very quiet and we will be going back in November.

The only thing I didn't like was our toilet was clogged. I called the front desk and the man told me I would have to come get the plunger and unclog it myself.

Great location. Close but not so close that it was difficult to get in and out of. Quiet area. Good breakfast options with some hot food. Bed is pretty comfortable. A very good value. We have stayed here several times now and I've been impressed with what all you get for your money. Breakfast, clean room, seasonal pool. Not much to complain about.

No microwave in room is really the only thing I would like that I didn't have but there is one in the lobby I believe.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Area and rooms were quiet at night. Beds were comfy. AC worked well. Breakfast was nice. Pool area was nice and clean towels were supplied. Good location to everything we had planned and needed.

The parking lot is a bit hilly and very steep in places (but I mean it is in the mountains) park toward the main entrance if you have issues walking. We stayed 5 days and breakfast was the same everyday. While tasty a little more variety each day is really the only suggestion I have for this hotel. I overall great place and we highly reccomend.
