Comfort Suites Jackson - Cape Girardeau

The facility was clean! Decent price for last minute booking compared to others in the area. Pool area nice although it was cold

The staff who checked me in was eating at counter and it took here like 4 minutes to even say a word to me! There was no hello I’ll be w you in one moment nothing I stood there looking at her while she put food in her face and clicked away on computer screen. She didn’t speak at all to me didn’t ask for my ID just which card was on file if it was mine or booking company and gave me my card and told me I was on 3rd floor. Didn’t mention check out time, what time breakfast was nothing.

I love the location for what we came to do for the weekend

The pillows were uncomfortable and not enough of them. Also we heard disturbing noises at our window that was annoying to my kids and myself

The room, corner and No neighborhood. So private, so quiet. The cleanness was not excellent however we were so satisfied with this room, so private.

Very nice room with 2 queen beds and a fold out couch fit our large family quite well. Nice breakfast.. plenty of options .Pool was clean and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful

We've stayed here twice and I can say the beds are super comfortable. Probably some of the best I've ever slept in. Also, the staff is really nice and always willing to help.

Because of Covid they don't have bacon, eggs, sausage or biscuits and gravy. They have waffles, yogurt, cereal, bagels and juice. I understand it's not really their fault but was looking for something more than waffles, bagels and yogurt.

WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR NIGHT AT THE COMFORT SUITES , EVERYTHING WAS JUST FANTASTIC , AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING , THE NEXT TIME WE ARE IN THE JACKSON / CAPE AREA , WE WILL SCHEDULE A ROOM AGAIN .

Kids running down hall at 11 at night. The town was hosting volleyball ball and basketball ball. Otherwise it is a nice place

The room exceeded my expectations from seeing it on online pictures vs actually being there. The bed was big, comfy with squishy pillows. The staff at the front desk were very kind and welcoming. The bathroom was very nice size; everything it was applied and decorated with was good quality.

Not much wrong exists in this hotel. The view could have been better from the window but I can't say that I can't expect that much from Jackson, MO, so it wasn't the hotel's fault. The pool area was the real only area with flaws. It was flooded with some puddles of water that could have been better taken care of and the water was super cold :O.

Great 1-night stay in Jackson .. facilities/room were clean and the staff was fantastic! Air conditioning unit was a bit wet which made for higher humidity in the room but everything else was great including the continental breakfast. Thanks for a comfortable trip!

The beds were comfortable. The location was excellent. The staff was incredible.

The rooms could have been a little cleaner. There were still far better than many places we stay.
