Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, St. Charles, MO

Breakfast was good and changed options daily. I wish the water stayed open 24/7 for refills though. The attendant working breakfast was fabulous! Room was spacious, bed was comfy. Location was PREFECT and so easy to access. Cover parking was a plus. Workers were all very helpful and friendly. I'd highly reccomend.

I was disappointed that housekeeping never came by. We ran out of towels and TP and had to ask for more. Making our bed every night wasn't what I enjoy when on vacation. Our trash was overflowing. Our stay was 4 nights five days which I would think be enough time for a refresh or a drop by to see if we needed anything.

We had a one bedroom suite. I loved the way it was laid out and the roominess of it. The doors to the bedroom and bathroom were good solid doors and not the usual flimsy doors found in hotel rooms. Our granddaughter stayed with us unexpectedly and, again, there was plenty of room. We stayed in the St. Charles area having been told the baseball tournament we were there to attend was in O'Fallon, MO, it turned out that it was actually O'Fallon, IL. It was a 45 minute drive, but we were close to I70 and so was the tournament. Even though it was far, it was a pretty simple drive,

I always prefer an exhaust fan in the bathroom to help eliminate the steam when showering. Our room did not have this. This is really a minor detail considering how great the rest of the room was.

Front desk staff member Justin was awesome at check-in-friendly, efficient, and helped us find a nearby gas station. There were fresh cookies at the front desk that are made daily. The lobby and common areas were clean and well-kept. Breakfast staff member Bev did a great job keeping everything stocked, cleaned up, and was so friendly and kind. The breakfast was very good-eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit, yogurt, muffins, bread, cereal, milk, three kinds of juice, and coffee. The room was very clean and quiet, the linens on the comfortable bed were soft, and pillows were great. The restroom was clean, the shower worked well and the towels were good. The refrigerator in the room was cold. The indoor pool was nice but we only visited it briefly the first evening we stayed. The fitness room and was also nice. The location of the property was great-convenient to both the highway and the quaint downtown St. Charles shops and restaurants. The river and Katy Trail are right behind the property-we saw people hiking and biking but did not visit it on this trip.

The second night we were there, the parking lot and parking garage were full. We had a hard time finding a place to park, and the only space available wasn't *quite* big enough and not realizing that in the dark, I scraped the front bumper of my car. :(

This hotel is located just on the edge of downtown St. Charles on Main St. The shuttle to downtown runs every 30 minutes or so, which means you don't have to take your car down if you don't want. The room we received was large, had good beds, was quiet and comfortable. However, the tub faucet dripped constantly, which was not a big deal. Breakfast was very good and featured plenty of choices. This was our 3rd time to stay at this location and we'll likely stay here again at some point in the future.

I tried booking a room here and was only given the option of booking for two nights. I only needed one night. Because our plans kept changing, I was forced to wait until 3 days before to finally book a room. By then, the hotel booking site had opened booking to one night stays. That was good for me, but I wonder how many booking they lost for that day because of the 2 day booking requirement.

Hotel was incredibly close to everything you need. I was visiting family in St Charles so the hotel is only minutes drive away from everything you need. Staff were awesome. Hotel is close to casino and a minute walk to Hendricks BBQ where I had dinner twice during my stay. Plenty of underground parking off street or underground. Rooms were quiet, spotlessly clean warm and comfortable. I did not use the amenities or free breakfast as I checked out early.

There was nothing about my stay I disliked and having stayed at other hotels before locally this would be my first choice next time.

I loved the whole experience, from when I checked in until I left the associates were accommodating and welcoming, one associate in particular; Anna, went above and beyond for me! I loved getting a welcome gift bag, it was just what I needed after a long trip. The location was so nice as well, a short walk from historic downtown where you can checkout all the cute little shops from the 1840's was the best to experience, it's a must see!

The pool was a little dirty, there was dirt on the bottom of the pool and hair floating around in the pool. The pool area was a little outdated and I was disappointed that there wasn't a hot tub as well.

A beautifully designed to complement the historic character of St. Charles, this hotel made for a great base to bicycle the 237 mile Katy Trail (2 nights before the ride & two nights after). The hotel looks like it was built a century ago but has all the modern comforts & conveniences. I love the staircase in the middle of the lobby, making a healthy option to taking the elevator. Breakfast was good; staff was helpful & professional. Great location—just a four minute walk to Schlafly’s Brewery, for instance.

The staff are friendly and approachable. The pool was in great shape. The fitness center is decent. The room was nice sized. The beds were just right. Breakfast though was the best breakfast I have ever enjoyed at a hotel. We stayed 2 days and each morning there were small differences to the selection and both days were excellent! Parking was a breeze and the location is great! Thank you for everything!

I didn't like the fact I had to leave and head back home. This place is amazing!

It has a wonderful location close to all the restaurants and shops. I like the old esthetic of the building and style. We have stayed here multiple times with kids and without we always enjoy ourselves. Plenty to do around the establishment or just relax and have a swim.

The elevator got stuck and jumped once then another time it stopped before the floor opened and there was a gap. We just used the stairs but we were on the third floor. Like I stated already we stay here a couple of times a year this was the only time this has happened to us. We will still be back.

The location was close to the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre. There was plenty of covered parking and the garage was well lit, so I felt safe coming in late. Check-in was quick and smooth. Breakfast was complimentary and the attendant was kind and made sure everything was well stocked and fresh.

If anything, I would say the price was a little more than I expected but the hotel did provide everything I was looking for.
