My partner and I were attending an event this weekend and the center was across the street so the location was convenient (we walked there every day). The breakfast was delicious and honestly I was surprised by the amount of healthy options there. The pool was the best. Simple, but lord I was in heels for the majority of the weekend and relaxing in the pool was the cherry on top. Staff was friendly and it was great seeing their reactions to our costumes we had on. Also the beds.....seriously one of the comfiest beds I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping on.
Our shower faucet was leaking and oddly enough it was pretty loud, I had to shut the bathroom door at that point lol there was some odd noises in the room. Could have been because I've never been here, but I felt pretty uneasy Thursday night and woke up every 2 hours. Rest of the weekend was okay once I kept the bathroom mirror light on.

I loved the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. The cleanliness of the lobby and dining area..
I didn't like the quality of the bedding, it should have been replaced. The bedding was worn out and the pillows were flat and aged. And the carpet in the hallways reeked of dampness smell.

The only main issue was that my room (215) was directly above the pool so there was the constant smell of chlorine.

Check in was easy, plexiglass is up at the counter. Hand sanitizer everywhere. Room very clean, no worries.
Too close to freeway. Our room was so close to the freeway side of the building that we could hear traffic all night, cars accelerating etc.

The breakfast was nonexistent. Cold prepackaged muffins are not my idea of breakfast. Room was quiet and comfortable. One of the staff was too pushy about the COVID stuff but the rest were very nice.

We were in town to tour the Arch. Chose this location based on past information from friends. It was in a nice area with many restaurants close by. The hotel was excellent for our needs.
