I think offering just simple scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon is better than the biscuits and gravy each day. I could not eat it because of dietary restrictions but McDonalds was right on my way so no real issue!

The water pressure in the shower. We had a disability access room. I loved the set up with room to get around comfortably and yet still have what I need within reach. I was also pleasantly surprised at the biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Not a lot of places offer hot food.

Could have had a bit bigger selection or more diverse on food/drink choices. In the dining room and vending machines. Other than that great experience.

Great staff accommodating. Lobby was clean, the room was clean, breakfast was good. The hotel is located close enough to the center of town that you can get to everything quickly. This will continue to be our little getaway when we just need an escape.

The room is clean however I do feel that the carpet is starting to get a little dingy you can feel it if you stand on it barefoot. The whirlpool tub works is very comfortable but does need the screen changed.

Slept well. Room was clean. Needed a room when we were too tired to drive any further and it was available. Wish there was a short term option instead of a full day rate. Our 4.5 hours was good though.

Didn't use facilities for anything but sleeping before driving again so can't really say.

while the hotels property was very well kept, the surrounding buildings were a bit sketchy. If I wasn’t traveling with my large dog, I wouldn’t have gone to my car alone at night.

Didn't like that all the restaurants in this area closed 2 to 3 hours earlier than posted and there wasn't anyplace to get something to eat. Plus the person working the front desk couldn't give any I formation for restaurants in the area. That was very disappointing for us as out of state travelers.

My work had a banquet about 3 miles from the hotel, so the location was great! It was very clean and well maintained. Super quiet and our room was actually one of the biggest I’ve been for a hotel of this class. The staff was very informed and really nice. Quickest check in ever too! Our room actually looked brand new. No weird stains or smells. Just fresh and clean. Outstanding.

I assumed because of COVID-19 there would be no pool or breakfast... but it wouldn’t hurt to have it listed on their website. Also, it was just slightly a little pricey for what the kind of hotel is and the area.

Loved the location and the staff was very kind and courteous. Was very clean .

The sink kept backing up and we were on the top floor. And we were put in room next to elevator and it screeched everytime it came to stop on the 3rd floor.and there is always 1 group of loud people with kids that disrupt everyone in the surrounding area and unfortunately this time they were our neighbors. Thankfully they were gone on day 2.

I liked the fact the place had a pool & after a long drive with kids it was a great stress relief. Also, the facility was close to restaurants.

The hotel front desk attendant was a little rude when he asked me questions upon check-in. A couple down the hall from us kept fighting and kicking the male tenant out into the hall.
