Hampton Inn St. Louis Southwest

The breakfast was great! The variety and quality of the food was impressive! This was the best continental breakfast I had ever had, and it was included in the price of my stay! The room was comfy, the bathroom in the room was huge, and everything was clean and orderly.

Not a big deal, but there wasn’t a fan in the bathroom. It’s nice to have some white noise in the room at night to help everyone sleep.

We love this Hampton! However, I did not like the service that I received from Booking! Extenuating circumstances kept us from being able to get to St Louis and I called the hotel early in the week to see how I could cancel. They said that they canceled it but I should call Booking, which I did. Booking gave me the run around when I contacted them 3 different times and I still have not received anything from Booking that they canceled it. If I don’t get an email telling me they canceled it with no charge, I’ll cancel my next Booking stay April 22-24. Thanks for asking me to complete this survey! It’s based off the many times we’ve stayed at this hotel!

close to sugarfire 44 (which is excellent bbq) right outside st Louis, pool was very clean, the breakfast in the mornings was excellent, one of the best breakfasts I’ve had a hotel and extremely clean and a lot to choose from, fresh food and they have it all, you won’t need to go to a restaurant for breakfast. The staff were beyond friendly and always keeping the dining room clean and tidy.

The gentleman at the front desk was very kind as well as the woman that helped us check out. They made the process very simple and easy for someone booking a hotel on their own for the first time. The breakfast was also very good!

There was a little bit of a confusion as to whether I paid online or not. I am unsure if it was a difference between booking online or through the Booking app, but during check in and out they both asked me if I paid ahead of time.

Room was clean and spacious….. Typical double queen room. Courteous staff. Breakfast was adequate.

There was not a laundry facility on property. My family was here for a ball tournament . I had to wash my son’s ball uniform in the bathroom sink, and then finish drying it with a blow dryer the next morning. 😬.

Other people's going in and out there room all times of night plus fireworks going off sounding like gun shots not cool when kids are hearing it.

The beds are very comfortable. Love the big fluffy comforter and pillows.

Towels aren’t very thick, but do the job. Loved to see the USB ports for charging but woke up to my phone not being charged. It was a brand new cord and it had been working. We tested with another phone cord and had same result.

It was clean and he lady at the desk was very friendly.

A little out date of what I mean is the carpet and figure would be walk in shower, but it was still nice.

Breakfast was wonderful; staff was kind and hard working. The room was clean and we had everything we needed/wanted. Location was great for Grant's Farm, Zoo, and Six Flags. Plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at!

Quinn at the front desk was amazing and responsive to our needs when the room next store was quite noisy. Also, this hotel is AMAZINGLY clean. Please tell your cleaning staff how much they are appreciated!
