Hampton Inn & Suites Billings West I-90

Hilary at the check in reception on Thursday April 14th was absolutely perfect. I have spent years in the Hospitality Biz and nowadays I am amazed at how little (or poor) training employees receive. In addition to training, employees also need to be able to react to each client/situation with thought. Hilary was professional, personable & treated us as visitors she was glad to have visit. Also, the young lady in the breakfast area on Friday morning was super too!

Clean throughout the interior and exterior. Our room was very nice. Comfortable beds and easy to access. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and easy to access.

I had requested a quiet room away from high traffic areas like pool, elevator, ice machine, etc. but was around corner from elevator and ice machine. Seemed they had a conference there. This was because I had surgery the next day. The night following my surgery the room directly above us had a party and was very noisy banging, dropping stuff repeatedly, and stomping with loud noises until midnight. I tried to call front desk 20 times before answering. Even when they said they would go up there it didn’t stop. When I checked out I told manager about this and my online request but she never adjusted my bill or even apologized. She didn’t seem shocked by night clerk not answering phone.

Breakfast was great. Location was easy to find and close to where we wanted to shop in Billings.

The bathroom wasn’t totally clean. The radiator cover was falling off the wall.

The breakfast was very good, lots of choices. Also, the dining room facility was bright and airy. We appreciated the size as well. We’ve stayed in places where the dining area was very small with few tables. This is a nice sized pleasant eating area.

No hooks for the towels??

Superior location... close to all the fun stuff and easy to get around. Right by a Holiday gas station that has everything from snacks to beer and gas. Due to covid, breakfast is weird and disappointing... but ok for a covid breakfast. Some hot items. Lady who ran breakfast was super. Super clean hotel!

I thought the bed was hard, but I liked the room set up. Small kitchen at entrance and not visible from the room! Small thing but I hated the blow dryer. Tiny wall unit instead of a nicer hand held one like most high end hotels.

It was nice to stay at a hotel that was operating again and not using COVID as an excuse for mediocrity. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and professional.

It was a holiday weekend and we arrived a little later than expected so there was no food near the hotel other than a convenience store. That isn't the hotel's fault though.

The room was wonderful , easy access to the freeway.

The shampoo was empty and a light bulb was missing in one of the lamps.

The staff, amenities, and rooms were all excellent. I travel for work all the time and this by far was a top experience for me. Would recommend to anyone!

Front desk staff was very friendly! Got a room upgrade for no charge. Very clean and comfortable beds! Would recommend!

Comfortable hotel with good size rooms and comparable facilities. Good breakfast selection. Friendly staff.
