Comfort Suites

The room was very large, with a sofa and a large bathroom. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip, with lots of options for eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, etc. The entire place was clean and nicely landscaped. We saw people in the indoor swimming pool and in the exercise room, so that was nice that they had those available. We enjoyed walking around the nearby business park and along the road next to the soccer fields. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Noise from the next room (with a connecting door to ours) was loud, and when their dog barked, it surprised us.

the group down the hall was smoking in their room, I’m allergic to smoke so I wasn’t to happy to smell that inside the non smoking rooms. also one staff had told us we where NOT allowed to bring balls into the pool but no signs said otherwise. I felt like she was on a power trip because when we entered the pool a group was playing catch with a ball but she said nothing to them.

Pillows were soft, had an extra blanket in the closet, down comforter was not overly warm, mattress was decent, thermostat worked well, lots of space in the room.

Breakfast - eggs seemed like real scrambled eggs one day, but the next day they were "cubed" scrambled eggs. Potatoes tasted like frozen potatoes. Bacon was real, sausage was frozen. One day the only yogurts available were the kind sweetened with sucralose. It was convenient though for grabbing a bite when we didn't have time to go out and find a fabulous breakfast - got the job done.

we had a spacious room. the beds were very comfortable! I have arthritis. The mattress was firm enough so that I woke up without the hip pain I normally have. Pool area was lovely. Grandkids had a wonderful time.

The sidewalk just outside the door has an uneven spot that I didn’t see. I tripped and went flying. my shoulders and wrists are sore. my shirt was ruined. I let a staff member know. She graciously took a small amount off the room charge. Thanks!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Amazing Breakfast bar with plenty of options. Super kid friendly. Wonderful location.

The fact that the pool was not heated and the hot tub jets didn't work. No packets of salt and pepper available for people to be able to take to room if they have food. Coffee does not taste the greatest.

The staff was amazing. We stayed at many hotels in Omaha and kept getting staff that either clearly hated their job or made us feel like an I convenience when something was legitimately wrong with our room. Not this hotel. The beds were medium. A little on the hard side but sleep-able. The pull out sofa is definitely for small kids only. The coils could easily be felt. However we all felt that this was by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at in a very long time. Only wish us wasn’t 20 mins away from everything we do in Omaha- however the best Japanese Steakhouse is near it so that’s a bonus too.

Pull out bed wasn’t comfortable. Even for kids to sleep on.

Quiet, large room and good breakfast.

The toilets in the rooms are low. I always request handicap rooms hoping they will have higher toilets. My husband has had a hip replacement and when they are low it's hard for him.

The desk clerk, Delaney, was so nice to us at check-in. It's hard to find a friendly smile these days.

During breakfast, 10-16-22, two men were using foul language while the room was full of children. If I would have known that they worked at the hotel ( which I later found out) I would have said something to hotel clerk.

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The breakfast was hot and fresh made. They had ample choices to choose from each morning. The staff was super friendly in every area we seen them. The beds, sheets, blankets, pillows were amazingly soft and comfortable. The size of our suite was very roomy and allowed the kids to not feel cramped. The mini fridge was one of the larger dorm styles so it had ample storage space. Big closet. Lots of storage space to settle into. The pool and hot tub had generous availability. Great location. Easy to find. Everything was super clean and in working order. My son is a virtual Student and we had no connection issues during classes. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy highway access. Only 15 minutes to the Zoo, Wildlife Safari, and Air & Space Museum. I consider myself a hotel snob and I was extremely pleased with our 4 day/3 night stay here.

It could only have been made better if the pool were heated. It was an indoor pool but on the cool side for water. If it were heated it would have been perfect. Also the buttons for hot tub were stuck, slow steady jets were always on but couldn't turn on the higher pressure. Normally I would just say it was just always on but there was one time I seen 2 guys in the hot tub and they had the higher pressure going.

Our family was in town for a softball tournament in Bellevue. The beds were so comfortable that we never wanted to get out of bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially in the breakfast area. Loved our view of the open fields and the fact that the window opened for fresh air. The room rate was reasonable and a good value compared to other locations. Our room had two queens and a sitting area with a pullout sofa. It was spacious for our family of four. Very convenient to the highway, some restaurants and gas stations. This was not a congested area and seemed very safe and friendly. This hotel was a highlight of our visit.

The noise from the room above and the hallways seemed loud. I’m pretty sure there were a lot of families though. It seemed there was a baseball tournament in town too. Our door wasn’t working properly, so we had to slam it hard. We informed the front desk after our stay and they were apologetic. No big deal for us.
