Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Omaha West

Both the evening staff and the morning staff of our stay were extremely helpful and courteous. They helped with our accommodations and were always in a great mood; despite setbacks they had to deal with. They sought out ways to best help our family meet our needs and made our stay very welcomed. Breakfast was very good. Excellent array of options and the quality was good as well. Room was very clean and spacious. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was good. Nice variety. Nice seating area. Was visiting a relative and he wanted to go out for breakfast a couple of mornings, so did not eat at motel every day. Overall quite satisfied.

Wish it was open a little bit longer on weekdays perhaps, too, as well as weekends.

The price for the quality of room was phenomenal. It was nearby to more than a dozen restaurants and a nice neighborhood that provided good walks for myself and my pup!

The lock to my door was touchy. I was unable to simply close the door to my room from the outside - I had to reach to the inside handle to retract the locking entity. i think the room was 105, so please check on that!

The staff was friendly and very helpful! Loved there were dog treats!

I did find popcorn on the pullout and pieces of tortilla chips which didn’t make it seem like a clean bed to sleep in. So instead we shared a bed even though we each preferred our own and paid the extra for a suite so we could have that.

We had to leave early so did not get to eat breakfast. The room was clean and it was quiet. The bathroom was huge and the beds were comfortable. Price wasn't bad for a last minute reservation. Will definitely come back.

Food options closer? Tub water went down very slow. Front desk gentleman helped us out there though and gave us some ideas since we did not want to leave the hotel again. Just relaxed, watched tv, took nice hot showers.

Staff was one of the best I have worked with, very pleasant, personable and professional. Had a great breakfast bar every morning.

I do not love the breakfast options provided. simple eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy or pancakes would be great. Theres always some fancy plastic things there that are unappealing.

The friendliness of the person at the front desk who first greeted us. Also, the breakfast area was nicer than most.

Little things—one draperies was off the hook, and the drape had some dark smudges. The chrome on the bathtub faucet needed cleaning.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice location next to a big lake and state park.

Housekeeping was short on staff, I think, and it was difficult to get all housekeeping chores accomplished each day.

Ok, the coffee was good. The tables were clean and the food was ok. we actually were looking for some kind of pastry. We were heading to church and then brunch. We were hoping to get just something light w/coffee.
