M Resort Spa & Casino

Very nice rooms with comfortable bedding and great bathroom.

There was a sandstorm with 60mph winds during my stay which forced the pool complex to be closed. In spite of not being able to use the resort's pool facilities I was still charged a "Resort Fee". This should be removed for stays in which the resort is not completely operational.

Everything. Nice. Luxury. Clean. No craziness with parking like you get on the strip.

Nothing.

Everything!!! From the staff at the front desk to the valet,bellman and housekeeping staff were phenomenal. All were willing to assist and make our stay as best as possible! I was very impressed to add to that full experience the view from our room was incredible. Being able to see all of downtown Las Vegas from our window (floor to ceiling) made it even better. To simply enjoy our vacation,the bathroom with the window tub view was a surprisingly good touch as being able to view vegas from your tub 👌. All the places within the hotel for dining or grabbing a snack to enjoy were even impressive. The casino was great, too!! You do not have to leave the hotel if you really did not want to!! Because everything was there!! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Las Vegas. The price point to some may be too much, but once you see it, you will not regret it. This will be a place I will always stay when I go to Las Vegas in the future!!! Great customer service and attention to the details.

Room, location, cleanliness, staff friendliness ... A 5 Star resort in my eyes.

My room key did not work one day, and it took an extremely long time for someone who actually knew what to do to arrive. House Keeping key did not work. Security key did not work. Over an hour. And once the gentlemen from facilities arrived with the "magic laptop" that could open the door he seemed a bit lost at how to access the program on the laptop to open the door. I finally had to leave to pick up guests. Thankfully when I returned the door was fixed. You might want to make sure the staff is knowledgeable on using the different programs.

Finally found a great Hotel in Vegas that doesn’t have the Casino as the main focus. Most hotels you have to meander through a smoke filled musty casino to even get to the elevators. The range of eateries is perfect and the pool is very nice with great service. We come to Vegas to visit friends, the amazing view from the floor length windowed room to the strip is enough to remind us where we are! The rooms are really nice and the bathroom well planned and very well fitted. I would even use this hotel to stay for business trip to exhibitions!

The Bakery didn’t have the fruit and granola/parfait availability around breakfast time, seems like this was brought in and couldn’t get restocked until the later deliveries. That needs to be improved and made more flexible.

Cimfortable, clean and safe.

Guests who doesn't wear mask despite the Government mandate to wear one in casino and hotel areas. People who still smoke in defiance of the no-smoking rule in casino and hotel areas, (shame on all of these anti-social creatures!). STRICTER IMPLEMENTATION FROM THE MANAGEMENT OF THESE 2 LAWS MUST BE OBSERVED AT ALL TIMES!

Great service, great food, great casino. The Vig Deli was amazing. The bakery was open 24hrs with decent selections. The convenience store is open til 10. I would rather that be open 24hrs than the bakery.

Everything was great EXCEPT the cleanliness of the room. The room was dusty and clearly hadnt been properly cleaned in a while. The showerhead was super scummy. There was hair from previous occupants all over the bathroom. For the amount we paid for the room, the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable.

from valet, check in, questions answered, house keeping, the room..it was all exceptional. we loved that it had everything we needed and wanted there at the resort. the best thing was that bakery! delicious coffees, pastries and more! we will definitely stay again. it was a very busy weekend in Vegas and we were glad to be away from all the crowds but close enough to drive/uber to MGM for the show we had tickets to.

there were no robes in the room as i had expected and seen in photos. i love a robe. we did also eat at the Raiser restaurant and everything took forever. the staff seemed to be overwhelmed even though there wasn't a lot of guests. the food was ok, not anything special.

The view of the mountains and it was just far enough away from the strip but not too far. It was very beautiful. The maid service was amazing as well. We also lost our wallet and it was returned with everything in it. We absolutely loved this place. All the restaurants were top notch , service was fantastic. We felt this was the best place to stay in Las Vegas and plan to come back any time we are in Vegas to stay at this hotel.
