Overall condition of the room was nicer than the location of outside of the place indicated. Floors were newer vinyl plank, toilet updated and modern, lighting was updated. Beds were relatively comfortable with a selection of pillows. Modern TV with a reasonable amount of channels. A decent sized mini-fridge and a small microwave provides all you would need for a couple day stay. Check in and check out process was easy. Close to Claremont business district without being "downtown." Easy access to some restaurants and chains.

Would have liked an available outlet near the bed (this is a typical older hotel/motel issue)...I just unplugged one of the accessory lights temporarily. Although one guest had hot water for a brief shower (5 minutes at most), the next guest did not...not quite ice-cold. Sink hot water was scalding if you weren't careful, though. The immediate neighboring area seems a little rundown, but I didn't feel unsafe.

The place was clean and quiet. It's an older style motel that has survived the test of time. It's nothing fancy, but is a nice enough place in which to spend the night. It's close to town, and in a quiet neighborhood. The operators are polite and helpful. The rooms are small, but clean. Nothing really to rave about, but no complaints, either.

The television was wired sort of strangely, and the picture was not that great, even though the cable channels were adequate. An HDMI cable from the cable box to the TV would have produced a better picture, rather than the RGB cable that was used, and had come unplugged.

They have updated the rooms. The paint colors are pleasant and really like that the room we were in didn't have carpeting. The look of the outside is deceiving as it looks like a run down motel, but its not really. Also liked the rocking chairs out front off room.

We had two rooms and one still had carpet in it and it smelled heavily of cleaner ... however it's possible it had just been cleaned.

Surprisingly nice stay for one night in an older motor lodge with clean rooms loaded with handy amenities. Easy accessible from local road. It seems to be busy and popular because I saw a lot of cars on parking lot. Cheap and good.

Parking lot asphalt surface needs a major improvement.

It met my expectations which were that it be close by to my needs, reasonably priced and clean. I needed a decent bed and bathroom soap/shampoo/towel and I was set. All of those needs were there.

The location was a little tricky. I saw the sign for it but could not tell if it was up ahead or across the creek, where it was the latter, An arrow and across bridge on the sign would have been helpful.

The staff volontiers and without extra fee upgraded my room to double beds (although I did not need the second bed) when I asked a room with a desk what is only available in in double-beds rooms

The staff was great, it was one of the most comfortable rooms we have stayed in. The ac worked well, the bed incredibly comfortable, good water pressure and all was clean.

Great location for getting to ski mountains! The manager is very accessible and will check you in pretty much any time, which is very convenient. I've stayed here a few times, and the bed sheets have always been in good shape (i.e. clean).

As expected, some of the fittings in the rooms are a little tired. But for the price, there's still a lot of value here. I mean, it's not a "resort" - it's a place to sleep and move on.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The host was very nice. The motel was conveniently located near sightseeing and dining.

We could hear someone in the next room snoring and talking loudly on the phone.

Like the location and value for the money. It has everything you need in room: from coffee maker, refrigerator, Microwave oven to ironing board and hair dryer. The motel sits quietly along a creek yet it is only 2-3 miles driving to commercial area where you can find restaurants and super market.
