It was clean, the beds were comfortable, ac worked great. Location was convenient.

Over all there wasn't really anything worth not liking. We did have an 11 o'clock check out and we were around 5 min late checking out due to a 3 yr old and extra bags we had with us. I understand there has to be a schedule, check out cleaning ect.. I got a phone call right before I was headed downstairs stating I had an 11 o'clock check out. Completely understandable. Just was taken off guard due to it was only a few min after 11, had it have been 20 min I could see a reason for a phone call. Wasn't a big deal just caught me off guard.

The log cabin style room was charming and carefully decorated in a forest bear theme in soothing blues and browns. The bathroom was very spacious, and everything was very clean. We appreciated the larger mini fridge. There were plenty of lamps throughout the room with 3 different settings. The A/C unit was quiet and worked well. We also appreciated the easy-to-open windows to let in the morning breeze. There was plenty of room for our belongings. The loveseat was a comfortable addition. We might have enjoyed the good-sized outdoor pool, but a large party of adults and children had command of the space. The fresh coffee in the morning was a nice surprise and the gal who made it was very pleasant. The Lodge is near a couple of restaurants, a pharmacy and a Cumberland Farms.

The king-sized bed was very stiff. It could have used a fluffy mattress cover to soften it up. According to the lodge photos, we were anticipating a woodland setting and were rather disappointed to find it set right on the main road at a traffic light intersection. Thankfully the cars and trucks passing by were not a disturbance. Another negative was the lack of cell phone coverage (and we have Verizon!). I had to walk along the front of the lodge until I found the sweet spot and then all my texts showed up. Their Wi-Fi worked fine in the room for web searching.

The location is quiet and peaceful. it was nice to have a clean and well maintained hot tub as well as pool. Great places to hike nearby.

the foosball table and the air-hockey table could use some maintenance in the break room. if that was fixed i would probably never leave i think. the walls are a little thin so you can hear a bit of your neighbors if they insist on being loud.

KING ROOM WITH A BALCONY - very spacious room.and the balcony was great. Accepts dogs. Walking trail right on the property. Can walk to the drug store in just a few m8nutes. Everything is nearby that you need. We are going back up with our ATVs this summer because there is an ATV trail nearby!

The chair in the room has a very flat, lifeless seat cushion, and you go right to the board. But it adds to the rustic charm..

It felt super remote, but stuff was close by. There’s a rite aide, walmart, restaurant and dollar tree all within walking distance. The rooms reminded me of something out of an 80’s movie, but I liked it! We stayed in the Country Pine Lodge and it was the perfect set up for my husband and I and our 2 dogs (chi mix and a Belgium malinios). The fridge was big enough that we were able to grab some groceries and keep necessities around. They have 3-4 propane grills on site that you can use to grill if wanted. The pool area was nice, plenty of chairs for people to sit and enough room that you could distance from others. There’s a covered gazebo there as well. There’s a trail behind the property that was perfect area to walk our dogs each morning. We saw a bunch of family’s there as well. The restaurant Shilohs is delicious and definitely worth a visit. Tuttle’s family diner is a 10-15 minute drive to VT (super close) and totally worth the drive for breakfast. The bread is homemade on the premises and sooooo good, we bought a loaf to being home. If you’re with traveling bigs dogs that need to run off some energy there’s a dog park called Barre Dog Park about 24 miles away in VT(took us 45mins to get to) that is definitely worth the trip to take. There was a large dog section and small dog. You have to park by the school and walk the path. We then spent the day in VT. I’d love to make the trip back in the fall or winter time as I’m sure it’s beautiful here.

Bring your own pillows, these are flat. Beds are eh, creaky and just ok.

The Staff lady was amazing, funny, polite. She offered eating utensils. I could not have asked for a better experience!! Her customer service skills and hospitality went above and beyond!! The room was gorgeous, very clean so kuddos to the cleaning girls they do a fantastic job!!

Honestly there is not a thing bad about this place

much exceeded the expectations, stayed in the renovated part with 2 dogs, super clean and very nice wood cabin-like decor, quiet and comfortable, gray dog walking trail at the back of the property, great restaurant nearby (Forest Street Pub - best muscles I had in a loooong time) . great spot the lodge + the walking distance restaurant.

Stayed in the family suite full kitchen Not alot of stuff to cook with and not a lot of plates and bowls.... very limited for what you pay for... bring your own..... beds were very hard and not enough pillows

An excellent New England style lodge (build as a log cabin design) with convenient parking, a pool fire pit and work out area. The staff was exceptionally friendly. It's well located off 91. I loved the nice touch with state flags on each lodge.

The floors were a bit thin so I could hear people walking up stairs. Not the Lodge's fault, but the restaurant selections were very narrow in town. Most served pub food.

The location is great. it is easily reached from the interstate. The size of the room is great. If my family came to Nooka lodge to visit, I would have plenty of room for them to sit and talk at the lodge instead of searching for a place to go or being forced to go to a restaurant.
