The staff was very nice and considerate. Beautiful lobby. The rooms were clean and cozy. Overall good stay.

I didn’t like that the indoor hot tub and sauna didn’t work. I drove 17 hours all the way from Florida and I couldn’t wait to soak in the hot tub and relax. When I got there, they lady said the hot tub hasn’t been working for two months. However, this wasn’t reflected on their website. Then, the sauna wasn’t working either. They at least need to update their website so their guest are aware the hot tub and sauna don’t work, that way, we don’t expect to use it. Because the hot tub was something I was definitely looking forward too and I was disappointed that it wasn’t working.

The front desk staff were SUPERB, particularly Wanda!! I was blown away at her diligence and professionalism, while being super welcoming. A fantastic representative for the hotel! Also, Iris was a delight! Super friendly and eager to welcome us and ask if we had any house cleaning needs. The room was very clean. It was a pleasure to meet her!

The mattresses and pillows used to be more comfortable, so luxurious. No more deals with Serta?

When I wanted to book, I read many negative reviews, however, when I stayed at the hotel, I found a great welcome and help from Adam and Wendi at reception and also from Nabeel who was nice at the restaurant Location wise is great because I am visiting NY and it's cheaper commuting by bus which is 170yards away from hotel door Shopping is also great by taking 815 bus to wallmart, tj max The hotel is old but kept on a good matter Thanks to all staff

it was kept clean and had even an area set up for places that delivered to the hotel. it’s right off NJ turnpike east to get to

there was some kids running around lobby screaming and love kids travel with own but should have probably had something said to them was up and down elevators also

The king size bed was very comfortable and soft. The hotel is near Rte 18 so there are alot of places to eat nearby.

If you self park in the parking garage, they charge you $14.00 per night which gets added to your credit card and put on your room key. . If you leave and come back, you have to scan your room key and for us, it wouldn't work . So annoying. I paid $164 for a room which had no frig in it. I bring drinks and I want them cold. We had a room across from the ice machine so that was ok. I am sure alit of guests were not happy about that. The restaurant in the hotel served breakfast. The food was a little pricy. They offered a buffet for $20 each. So we had that. The food was pretty good.

Breakfast was good, well cooked and the server was extremely nice, polite and caring. Very competent staff!!

Parking charges, extra soap , for 3 people 1 soap wasn’t enough and a little extra care in supplies as Kleenex had last 3-4 napkins. But all minor, were taken care of.

Location was great for us

Stairs from parking garage to hotel were tough for a handicapped person. There appeared not to be an elevator available. Handicap bathroom had issues that made the bathroom dangerous—-slippery floor tiles, angled tub, nonskid tub surface worn away.

The rooms were clean and comfortable

I liked the hotel the hotel wasn't the problem booking.com was there were suppose to accommodate the 2 room being close to one another because my 19 year old and 15 year old was staying in one but they ended up putting up on separate floors which I was not to happy with. Even though booking.com sent me a confirmation that my request would be accommodated. The clerk told me booking never reached out to make this request. I was highly upset 😡

This wasn’t my first stay here and won’t be my last. I was in town on business and the hotel is the best option in my opinion. Check in is swift, accurate and customer friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is so accommodating. My air in the room wasn’t working and in 2 minutes the maintenance was there and is was perfectly freezing within 3 more minutes! I had a lot of equipment in my car and they offered to keep the car parked infront of the hotel opposed to the garage so that it would be watched and under cameras the entire night. I can’t say enough about Tom Hart, I believe he is the GM. If not he should be. He made sure every day everything for our event and our stay was at top level. I couldn’t appreciate him more for going above and beyond with such a great customer service attitude!

Staff was courteous but curt. Our bathroom in room 1008 had not been throughly cleaned, dusty vanity cabinet, floor was not as clean as it should have been. No door tag and no hotel book in the room
