I loved the entire experience. The lobby, the staff and my room were all amazing. Let’s be clear, I don’t get any bonuses for creating this review. I’ve stayed at many hotels for Birthday and this by far has been the best. The area that the hotel is in was great, and we were able to get to all of our events from this location within thirty minutes. We usually clean our rooms as soon as we enter, this was the first time that my bleach wipes were still white. I was in awe.

Literally my only complaint was that the mattress was like a box… but I’d still stay there again.

Who doesn’t love free breakfast!?!? Also, there was oat milk out for those of us lactose-intolerant, so I super appreciated that! Room was tidy and clean, so was the indoor pool and outdoor patio.

Well, it would have really been nice if our tv worked. All it did was turn on, but no stations. Called front desk, but all they did was give us new batteries, which still didn’t get it to work (I’m harping on the tv issue bc my bestie and I like to have the tv on while going to sleep(on a sleep timer), plus it would have been nice to watch something to unwind)

Neatness. I also enjoyed the 1 bed room suit. The staff were also good.

Same breakfast every day. No variety so it was boring, at a point we stopped going for breakfast. To much of in and out with pets, so I wander if the the pets have special room or is same room that some day I might stay in.

The room was amazing, spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious every morning and the pool was instantly the best thing to our kids. It’s close to a lot of restaurants, shopping and fun activities. 10 minutes from Superchanged Entertainment and 15 minutes from the convention center.

There were some rowdy guests but despite them, the walls were thick enough for us to sleep.

The room was very spacious, well insulated (very low noise from room to room or from the hall), the beds and linens/pillows were very comfortable and breakfast was nice. We were very pleased with our room and our stay!

It would be very nice to have a bar on property or wine/beer available in the Welcome/convenience area. I like to relax with a glass of wine when I travel and it was very hard this trip to find a place nearby to buy a bottle of wine. That would be my only suggestion.

Very clean. Nice indoor pool and a decent size gym. Friendly staff. Nice to have access to the mall and ability to walk to nearby restaurants.

Wish the property had a better breakfast. Also wish they had real milk for the coffee versus sugary creamers. Thought the price was incredibly high for this class of a hotel. Charged almost $300 a night for a one-bedroom suite. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

I liked the way the room was set up and the location with the mall being across the street and Targets in the next parking lot. There are a lot of restaurants around and in the surrounding area. You have access to a indoor pool, grill and lounging area on the outside and a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry.

The complimentary breakfast can use some improvement and the kitchen staff (female) could have a lot more patience.

Everything! I love this hotel! The suites are spacious and very well equipped. Reception is superb—especially Austin who always is working whenever I have stayed here. Convenient location, lots of restaurants and shopping. Best of all, dogs are permitted. This is Rambo’s (my mini wired haired dachshund) favorite hotel in the US.

Spacious, chic, very well appointed room decorated with elegant style. Pet friendly. Great staff. comfy bed, big TV. Front desk—the best. Full sized fridge, dishwasher, etc. Love this place, my second stay, first time with a dog.

bags of garbage in the hallway. the hotel really should put more trash bins around. lots of empty pizza boxes outside doors. no daily cleaning service.

I never rate any hotel as excellent, however, I came in to check in and right from the start the gentlemen was amazing, he was courteous, personable and deserves a raise. All of the staff was outstanding, and I am a complainer.

The only thing that I didn't like was not enough channels.
