Easy to get here, very spacious. No noise considering there was a class reunion celebration..

No breakfast offered.

That was very soft and comfortable nice room! And a sushi restaurant is excellent. That’s the second time I’ve been out of this year.

I think you need at least two bartenders at Bogart’s. That’s the second time I’ve seen it under man and that there’s no breakfast that comes along with the room price. There should be a continental breakfast at least with coffee is my opinion nice place that I like staying here.

I booked for 4 night and asked to extend one more night on the check in day, but the front desk person said to come back on the 4 day to extent and promised to extend for the same price I made reservation, but when I went on 4th day to extend they offered me almost double price and said they are all sold out, I had leave without getting one more, if they are going to give with double price, I don't know why they didnot extended when I checked in? that day price was not that much high.

Everyone was very nice and pleasant during my stay here. I wish they just had maybe a continental breakfast or something to offer. They do have a restaurant and lounge on site though which is helpful for dinner.

Everything was good. Just would suggest a possible continental breakfast or even grab and go bags.

location was great and central to shopping, the train station and the airport. The restaurants on the property were superb and the staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff were also helpful and friendly.

It would have been great to have a bellhop assist with getting luggage to and from the rooms.

The room was very clean, the ac/heat system was ok, good wifi, a descent selection of channels in the tv, it has a small refrigerator (empty), safe box, nice view, the bathroom was very clean, it has some amenities, the toilet with a Japanese cleaning system.

The noise from the hall, when people are talking you can hear everything the door it’s not sound proof and also the light from the hall comes inside at night. I got to the hotel at 2:00 and the recepcionista un a bad manner told me, “Checking it’s at 3, you need to come back”, I didn’t have any option like early checking, an Asian person then approach to me and explain me that they were cleaning the rooms.

I love everything in this hotel. The rooms are very spacious. Views are spectacular . Very clean. Comparable to 4 or 5 star hotels. Coffee machine, small refrigerator and microwave in room.I highly recommend it. Two restaurants and bars on site. Very close to staten island and new york city.

I can't notice any defects.

I loved the fact that we were on a high floor, cable, internet and microwave use on another floor and the late checkout.😊😊😊

There's no ventilation in the bathroom when showering, when u stay in a room with 2 queen size beds please make sure that u offer at least 4 washcloths/towels and y do u charge 18% gratuity along with a $2 delivery fee for room service?

I like that the rooms are big n it's also joint room. Staff was nice. The maids were good at cleaning the room. Good job maid supervisor

Didn't like that there's no microwave in the room and the fridge was too small.

it was quiet, and comfortable! The vending machines were great for late night snacks and drinks, and the room service breakfast was fantastic.

The cleaning staff are very loud, usually yelling to one another, extremely early, or on their phones right outside peoples’ doors.
