The pool was nice and clean, the front desk staff was great & the it was one of the better continental breakfast spreads we’ve seen since before Covid! Clean and well kept breakfast space with lots of food options. Room was clean & spacious. And the lady at check in was very sweet, she helped clear up an issue we had with a discrepancy with our booking. We came down to ask where we should order for dinner & she gave us menus for LOTS of places nearby that would deliver.
The beds were not good. You could hear the springs every time you moved. And they were trampoline style bouncy. My teen boys didn’t mind too much but my husband & I weren’t thrilled. They were sufficient for a one-night stay.

The location is good, the WiFi is good too and the river view and sunlight in the morning from my room was really wonderful and soothing. The breakfast is also fine although they could include some more fruits, maybe have someone prepare omelettes for guests. Tea/Coffee is available 24*7 which is very good. Overall a good hotel though pricey compared to some others with similar amenities.
The chairs in the King Bedrooms need to be replaced immediately. They were not mobile although they had wheels and they were extremely low and could not be raised so it was very very difficult to sit on them and work on my laptop at the table.

the male that checked me in at my arrival time was very respectful, he apologized for the wait and explained why which I appreciate and he also had a smile on his face and was very communicative. I like the gym being available for use.
I do not like that the gym closed early and the pool wasn’t open for use. I didn’t like the front desk lady attitude either. I didn’t do anything to get but walk up to the desk to ask for more towels which she said she didn’t have anymore of.

Food and everything was okay. Very friendly staff. Extremely helpful lady at the breakfast. Very professional and kind. The hotel is old, but the people definitely make up for that. Lovely bath and soap. Breakfast until 11 is very nice.
In the room the coffee machine wasn't working and the room was close to some airconditioning or a shaft and with a very noisy zzzzz at night, although I got used to it after a day.

Very difficult to get into the hotel street.. a very awkward road to get in and out of.. once I went a few times it was better.. furniture was very dated and needed some updating... but wasn't horrible.

I came down to check out at 5am. And knowone, was at the front desk, I waited for 15-30 mins, while calling on my phone to the front desk, while waiting in the front lobby, no response from anyone, I left my key to my room at the front desk, could not wait any longer, had to leave.
