Clean well maintained property and friendly staff. The bed was comfortable, but low for me and I did wake up with a sore back. (That is just be being very sensitive to such things - not a problem with the bed). The room was HUGE and it was nice to have separate areas for me and my son. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was okay - we were able to find something for all of us to eat. would definitely recommend as it was MUCH better than another hotel in the area we used last year.

Breakfast area was small and VERY crowded. The breakfast could have been a little more varied, it was just heated up sausage patty’s and pre made egg “omelets”. We got creative and managed to figure out a breakfast for everyone though.

The room was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast had a good variety of foods. The gym and laundry made the stay very convenient. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast would've been perfect with real scrambled or fried eggs. Another guest was able to use the free computer for a long period of time... so I had to come back early next morning.

The location is great with its proximity to international airport and interstate. They offer a delicious and well maintained complimentary breakfast. The staff on days or nights are professional, kind, and attentive. They are one of few hotels that offer a complimentary late check-out if available.

I'd wished they went back to offering complimentary or small fee shuttle service to and from airport & train stations.

The breakfast was excellent it exceeds my expectations. Different varieties & fresh fruits. If I visit NJ again I will love to lodge in here. The location is excellent, I can easily travel between New Jersey & New York. EWR is equally close by. All this make me & my friends enjoy our stay in the hotel.

The bed is a little bit smaller queen bed would have been better in the room with 2 bed for four people.

Convenient location. Great value. EXCELLENT water pressure & hot water!!

NO kettle/pot for the coffeemaker; and when I asked the desk for one they said they would bring one to my room but never did. The plastic tissue box cover and hair dryer that were in the bathroom haven’t been cleaned or dusted in weeks. Skunky smell in the hallway

What I love ❤️ about this location is that the staff goes above and beyond for the customers. Never stayed in a Comfort Suites any where I have traveled to, but now I will because they make sure they hire Amazing Staff. Thank you for hiring the best.

I like the spacious room, the comfortable beds, the good breakfast, the attention at the reception was good. All in all the room was very good.

I did not like that the toilet was not very clean, the bathroom curtain was broken and the coffee maker was not clean either. And they made a series of excessive charges that was the reason for me to check out before the scheduled time.

The size of the room was great, as well as location! Very clean.

Elevators need a little update. Last night of our stay, our keys wouldn't work. After the front desk clerk attempted to fix the problem, by changing the batteries, still not working. She later informed me that the maintenance guy was sick and the door would have to wait until Monday. It was a small inconvenience. The clerk was great. Also, for a little while, the lobby was hijacked by a group renting a conference room, with kids. The clerk, again handled it great. I should have gotten her name.

I like the room being big, and that it had a fridge, microwave, and hotel had on site a washer & dryer ..which was very useful! Staff was very nice.. LOVED that we didn't have to be charged DAILY for parking like OTHER HOTELS!! Which is ridiculous, because you end up paying over $100, if you stay more than a couple of days.

Breakfast was not offered, when it said it would be, and with kids...that's a problem. I know due to covid it's for safety reasons, but at this time people aren't wearing masks, and covid is less serve because of vaccine. Also all other Hotels are serving and restaurants are open.
