It is the second time my wife and I stayed here. We like the facility very much. Nice size rooms, clean, well maintained and with mini kitchen facilities. The bed was very comfortable and the desk is great to work on.

The water capacity of the shower is poor. Nice bathroom and shower (super clean) but then the watercapacity is way below par. A few evening the room smelled like marihuana and we complained about it. Unfortunately not much could be done (it game through the vents)

Room was bright and spacious, lots of room to relax and enjoy our stay, great kitchen facilities, although a kettle would have been preferred. Bathroom was lovely (see below re shower) and rooms were clean. lots of useful furniture to store clothes etc. Felt quite homely. Good location for relatives, shopping, and uber pick-ups.

Only disappointment in the room was the shower - lovely hot water, yet very low water pressure, it was like a trickle, so took ages to wash hair, and not really an enjoyable shower experience - something very important for us both. The breakfast - all options were very processed or unhealthy. With a wheat and gluten intolerance, there was limited options - a pre-cooked omelette! this was a huge disappointment, and resulted in me finding external alternative venues for breakfast which caused some inconvenience.

Clean comfortable room and the staff James and Ramesh were friendly and welcoming.

Due to COVID couldn’t use the pool for my boys😔but they still had their own fun. Quick Trip to Walmart to get legos and it made it worth the stay. Very pleasant and kind woman providing complimentary breakfast. Mostly foods you can warm up. The scramble egg platter with onions, peppers and cheese was really good. My children enjoyed the blueberry muffins. Decent snacks in the lobby as well. I loved that as soon as you walked in you smelled the cleanliness of the room. I will definitely return.

I wasn't aware that the pool was closed until check in. They advertise many great breakfast varieties that they don't have. Kid had an incident in the room, I asked them to clean the mattress they just came and changed the sheets which scares me that this is all that they do between stays of guest eventhough we lysol everything down and checked for mattress bugs. Carpet was only vacuumed not shampooed

The hotel was beautiful. Every staff member we approached made sure to pleasantly greet us. They have a fire outside at night to keep guests who smoke warm. The room was amazing, Neutrogena bath products were a plus. They have a snack bar with everything you could imagine just about. Extremely clean, the room was spotless, the public areas were spotless, even outside was extremely well kept.

The property is quite noisy. Between neighbors up partying and slamming things around until after 2 am. A train that goes by all hours of the night. A very busy road right outside the windows. But we are from non-city areas so we aren't used to those types of noises. The breakfast was OK, wish they had some meat and home fry type options.

The breakfast was delicious and included. Setting was comfortable. Overall hotel cleanliness was very good, showers were super clean, floors bed and entire room had a very pleasant scent.

The price Wow! that was expensive. 2 nights over $400. But I guess I am used to getting government rate Which this clearly was not.

Location was near everything . Staff was kind and friendly as well as accommodating

The breakfast bar was very small and the upholstery was dirty with visible stains. It is evident that housekeeping cleans well but it is definitely time for steam treatments or new furniture all my furniture was filthy

The property allows animals. I didn't hear barking, meow nothing. Well kept property. The employees I came in contact with. Very helpful & pleasant. I will consider this property again. I don't live to far from this area. I Had to stay here for personal reasons. And it felt like home. 5 🌟

1-The person who checked us in wasn’t amiable. 2- Our room was adjoining, and the next-door guest had a dog who kept barking late at night and early in the morning. I wish the staff had considered this when they selected a room for us.
