For the most part everything was great, the place was gorgeous and comfy beds and ohhhhh the showerrrrr! I wish I could take the tv and shower with me everywhere I go! Best shower I EVER had in my entire life! Thank you to the lady with the cute and sparkly pink nails for being so sweet and understanding!

My only quarrel is that when we went for breakfast (after we were told at check in that we get free breakfast with booking.com) the staff seemed like he didn’t belly’s and said “so far it’s no but let me double check.” That was rude he could’ve just quietly double checked with the front desk.

Very good Housekeeping. Just enough amenities to be comfortable. Excellent for access to Teterboro. Convenient for business in the area. Very well stocked guest pantry for snacks, etc. Night Auditor on duty overnight 9/22-9/23 very helpful and courteous.

Checking in with Alan at the Honors desk was like checking into the DMV. No warmth nor welcome. Overall, service was sluggish, especially in the dining/bar area. Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged, another 10 to get a refill. This is a Unionized property, so no real sense of urgency. No Business Center. Less convenient for visiting NYC since no direct bus service. Would definitely recommend having a car.

I honestly didn't feel he check in clerk was friendly., Didn't greet us... She mentioned the additional $100 in case of Incidentals..but didn't mention when I would get it back or what incidentals even meant... I expected her to say when you check out you'll be refunded... After that she didn't tell us which way to the elevators or anything.... I wasn't expecting that.. Another thing is in the bathroom... There was only one washcloth..all the others were hand towels..which were too big...

came up for the giants/ ravens game. didn’t know what to expect. very clean and comfortable. ample parking. right off the exit. surprisingly quiet despite all the air traffic. you would never know you’re near an airport until you see all the planes landing and all the pilots checking in. I’m just sorry my stay was so brief.

No microwave I the room

I enjoyed the service from the dining room staff, Sonia and Albert. The male front desk receptionist was very helpful and friendly upon checking in at the hotel. My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable! I had a very nice quiet, relaxing stay.

I didn't like the fact the entry door wasn't working for carrying in my luggage. A strong pungent odor on my floor immediately hit me in the face as soon as I got off the elevator on the 4th floor. However, once I was in my room I could no longer smell it.

The elevator is broken for 2 days and is ready and incontrovertible use the scalers because mi room is in 6 floor plus the air conditioner is not working properly is hot the room and the hotel the pool is not water not water for drinking in the room the coffee maker is broken in my room, I think the hotel needs more maintenance.

Quiet and clean rooms. Great restaurant with a large bar area, perfect for business travelers.

Used the single bar of soap for the shower, so had to use my own travel back-up soap to keep near the sink. Found that odd especially since we are still dealing with the pandemic. A small note pad on the desk could have been useful since my stay was for business, but the front desk accommodated me with some paper.

I liked the large cheese plate offered downstairs. I don’t know if it was just for the little hat guys or all guests, but it certainly filled me up and was a pleasant surprise before we went to the concert we were attending. I can really rock out when I’m full of cheese.
