The free hot breakfast was great for my family of five. Waffle station, bacon or sausage, eggs or omelets, cereals, pastries and fresh fruit. There is complimentary dinner offered on Wednesdays from 5-7 but when I arrived at 6:45, everything was put up. We also enjoyed the complimentary valet service.

Housekeeping needs help. I had to repeatedly ask for towels with long wait times. We were a family of five and were only provided enough for three. Asked for toilet paper and waiting almost two hours. There were dirty socks and trash left under the sink and in the recycling bin. I don't think they are doing any quality control checks behind the Housekeeping team becuase the amount of trash left behind, shouldn't have been missed.

The Homewood Suites are tastefully decorated and the space of each suite is functional and cleverly designed to offer what you need in a compact style. The staff were so friendly and helpful The areas where we could have breakfast were nice bright open spaces with a variety of seating It was impeccably clean and the rooms were made up daily by the staff The bus connection into Manhattan was very close and easy to get to and from the Port Authority in an affordable way It felt like a homely base for our group who were there for a family wedding and had a 6 night stay

The only thing I would have liked was a but more vegetable/ salad options at the breakfast menu but it was really manageable for me to have stuff in the suite fridge or even cook something to bring down to eat with the eggs at breakfast .

The close proximity to the bus into the city was perfect. The staff was friendly, helpful and responded promptly when needed. And the kitchenette in the room was just what was needed for our stay.

The temperature of the water in the indoor pool was quite cold and not comfortable for swimming, especially for the kids. They also should put runners on the floor around the pool as the tiles get very slippery when wet.

We stayed here for 3 nights in a 1 King Studio Suite and we had a good experience. Location is great, room is clean and spacious and we also enjoyed the free breakfast. The staff were friendly and great.

The only thing that bothered me is the bathroom is beside the bed. If someone uses the bathroom in the middle of the night and opens the bathroom light, it shines the light on the bed and sometimes wakes the other person. There should be a dimmer or a small light in the bathroom.

Very good equipped and large rooms, Bus Stops are located directly in front of the Hotel. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge and all what you need for a week of stay.

This Hotel has the worst breakfast I every experienced. We decided to buy milk and cereals and do breakfast on our own.

They could've had more variety....eggs were too soggy and horrible...sausages dry ...potatoes dry and unseasoned. The waffles were also hard . We were very disappointed with the breakfast as we were looking forward to it as the highlight for the start of our day.

Cook the eggs better they were too mushy or soggy. Have more choices .

the hotel is new and well designed . it felt fresh and clean upon arrival . we didnt partake much in breakfast but it looked like a nice spread . great value for the money

we arrived back at the hotel by 4:30 and housekeeping had yet to come to the room - once you are back in your room you dont want housekeeping to come so we just hung the do not disturb sign up when we got back - it was very annoying that we never got clean towels and shampoo replenished - all I can think of is that they are poorly understaffed ....but overall we felt it was a very good value and a nicely updated hotel

I went to spend a nice night with my fiancé away from the kids. We had an amazing time, the staff was so polite and helpful and the accommodations were exceptional. We will definitely come back for. Longer stay next time. We felt safe because of the key access to everything.

Nothing was wrong. Cheaper prices. On site parking included. Who wouldn’t want that though. I was 100% satisfied

Loved our room had an amazing view , the location not too far from everything , breakfast was good.

Every-time we laid down our pillows would stain blueish-purple … couldn’t understand why… Came for the pool and but it was so overly packed every time we tried to go in.Bugs coming from the ceiling outside

It's crowded likely for same reason's I liked it. Breakfast is nothing to write home about ,at least has waffles.Most days just scrambled eggs and bread , not a lot of uptions.
