Extended Stay America Suites - Meadowlands - East Rutherford

Convenient to MetLife Stadium took Uber to see the Bruce Springsteen and the E-Street Band show Friday night. Bed was comfortable; Room was large and clean. Parking was fine even when the place had no vacancy. Staff was friendly and courteous, making my stay thar much more enjoyable!

The breakfast to go was very limited with only coffee, which was hot and tasted good. There were small wrapped muffins that didn't bother with and packets of dried different oatmeal flavors I also passed on. They allowed pets which didn't pay attention to when booking my 1 niggt stay and having strange dogs on leashes coming up to me was a bit annoying; but the place attracted a good mix of travelers who enjoyed talking with!

The staff was very polite and courteous The distance from the bus station was very convenient.

We got here and asked for dishes and pots and pans (which was the reason for my booking- to be able to cook) and the attendant replied I believe I just saw some in the laundry room so we have to wash them. Then to find out the linen they were under was dirty linen. I asked a second time and she says we don’t have enough which forced me to go and buy a decent priced pot and pan set which my family should have been provided. Then if things couldn’t get any worse what I thought was a fire alarm at 545 am went off and alarmed the whole facility;also terrifying my 13 yr old autistic son and I still never received an explanation on what was going on through all the fire department and police activity. If I had the money I would’ve gone elsewhere but unfortunately I was on a fixed budget

The property was very good location cause we was going to the waterpark and Nickelodeon inside American Dream. The staff was very helpful and most of all everything was very clean the pots and utensils was clean with no stain on them.The refrigerator and microwave was clean so we was very pleased we will stay there again

Hotel was literally 5 mins from where we were going and also actually where we were close to the city too. We could see the dream mall from our room.

No food around really so you have to drive a good ways to get to a store or food place.

the room was good, could have had better internet services, I could not connect at all the whole time there, the shower pressure could have been better, the staff was very nice, we didn't make it to breakfast. But overall, we had a great time.

the front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful....I think in terms of price your paying you are paying a bit on the high side for what a room rate should go for at a hotel like this.....overall, its a very nice place for an overnight stay

That I had to pay an additional $5 for Wi-Fi.that's actually annoying me now that I think about it and I am even amending my review to reflect this disgusting surcharge.

Easy check in, nice place, friendly staff. The price was amazing and thanks for not price hiking.

The breakfast options were all worth skipping, but that was the only thing we didn't like and not worth bitching about.

Stayed there with my two daughters for a trip to American Dream. The location was great we could see the mall from the lot! Two minutes away , lots of places to go. Close to the city. Great price. I felt safe being there as a woman and with children. The place was clean and covid precautions were taken. My only issue was the Michelle i think. She was the front desk agent at the time of check in. She was outside on a Bluetooth on the phone. She was rude and short as if us arriving was an interruption to her call. She walked in still on her call and then asked me my info where a stranger could hear! Then she asked me to repeat myself numerous times as she was trying to juggle both convos. It was confusing. No customer service skills. Barely spoke or made any eye contact. She never told me where anything was or anything about the hotel. The other staff we encountered were great.

I like that fact they had a full kitchen we booked the queen suite but was to small for our 4 person family so we ended up staying in the king suite which was perfect for us I will definitely be back next year!!
