Rodeway Inn Milford - I-84

This hotel is right off the interstate, and it's in a gorgeous area of Pennsyvania and lovely historic town. Right down the street is a great restaurant, and the restaurant right next to the hotel is really good as well. The historic part of the town is about a 5 minute drive down the street, and the beautiful Grey Towers estate is almost in the hotel's backyard. Our room was quiet and clean, standard hotel fare but very nice. Microwave and fridge/freezer in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely choose this convenient place again. Also, there was apparently a wedding party staying at the hotel while we were there (taking up most of the rooms, the staff informed me), but I would have had no idea if they hadn't mentioned it!

I booked the room very late afternoon on Friday, for a family funeral out of state, to arrive that night. Since we were coming from NY, in the snow, ETA was around 10:00. I let the hotel know that we would be arriving that late and they were very accommodating. The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The room was very nice and very clean and inexpensive. I told my husband that we've stayed in very expensive hotels but none have been as clean as this one.

This is an old motel that is continuing to serve travelers. You can see the wear, but it is just fine for a night or two. Check-in was easy, all room systems worked, the room was extremely clean, and the location is next door to a Chinese food buffet restaurant.

This is really a childish thing, but the TV system was low resolution; typical non-HD cable.

What breakfast..there was none. The room had everything except a coffee machine. Just don't look out the window to rhe road behind the motel. Worst than tobacco road,although, I saw what looked like a beaver (unlikely). The motel is older, the room was big and the bed was very comfortable.

The location was ideal for the trip we were on. The staff was very friendly and the room we would to be immaculate. Also, we left behind a wristwatch in the room. The manager went ahead and made arrangements to have the item shipped to us in MA. One couldn’t ask for better Customer Service, in our opinion.

safe location. very quiet in the rooms and it was packed. I couldn't hear anyone else. I would definitely stay here again. in the morning you could see birds in the area across from the rooms.

the free coffee wasn't very good. there were also no tissue boxes in the room.

No breakfast but they exceeded my expe tattoos on cleanliness

Hard to find even though right off the highway. No lit sign at entry and the front view from road looks like a dump site. Not pleasing to my eyes.

The Owner/Mgr was very conscientious about his motel, and you could see this in the building's good condition and cleaniliness. My only "complaint" would be that the towels could be thicker.

As I stated, the towels could be thicker but in this world of problems, this is pretty minor!

Everything about the place was great. The icing on the cake was that they had an electric car charge in the parking lot. they deserve 6 stars for that.
