Breakfast was okay but the food ran out within the first 30 minutes meaning if you weren't there right at 6 we weren't getting too eat breakfast

A staff member named Jay-Jay racial profiled my brother, Jay-Jay embarrassed us in front of the whole breakfast table. Just because my brother has tattoos on his face and all over his body. Jay-Jay stated 2 my brother and a staff member do you have a room here . And when they found out if you did have a room of customer got very upset with JJ racially profiling my brother, I think we should be compensated for the embarrassment we enjoyed in front of about 30 people at the breakfast room if you like to contact me back my email is FreddyTorrez 609@gmail.com. The location was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Professional on every level.

Requested a roll-in shower and got one with a bathtub. This is useless for a person who cannot stand or walk. The staff didn't seem to know there are "mobility" rooms which are not "disability" rooms. Claimed all disability rooms have roll-in showers. Obviously not. I call ahead specifically to ensure a reserved roll-in shower to no avail. No one told me that after inserting the room key, the door opened by functioning the handle UPWARD!! Backward. It took three trips to the front desk and an escort to resolve this simple issue.

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and shower with good amenities. I liked the soap and shampoo products provided. The room was dark enough at night with the shades provided as I thought this might be an issue during the day being right along the freeway but it was just fine at night.

Requested an additional blanket in the evening and there weren’t anymore available. The hotel was pretty full so this is understandable but it would be nice to have had an additional blanket available. Breakfast was ok, not the best I’ve seen at a hotel. Eggs were a little cold and everything else was similar to any other hotel breakfast. It would be nice to have more outlets available near the beds for charging phones and other devices, as only one was available there, and the other socket was needed for the light fixture.

The room was nice and large. Very comfortable for our family of 4. Breakfast was pretty good and our girls enjoyed making waffles each day. Best of all, the hotel was close to the attractions we wanted to see - the NM Museum of Natural History and Old Town Albuquerque. (Also close to ABQ Bio Park.)

For a non-smoking facility, we sure smelled a LOT of cigarette smoke - especially from EMPLOYEES coming in from outside or exiting the elevator!! My daughters and I had to hold our breath during one elevator ride, due to the amount of smoke inside after an employee exited. On another note, we also would've appreciated having a small fridge in our room.

Staff was amazing! Cheyenne (I believe) was so kind and positive. She greeted us with a smile, recommended dinner options, and was so fast to fix a small issue we encountered with our room. ( The door handle was broken, and we couldn't get in) We were quickly moved to another room. Bed was very comfortable. AC worked great. Pretty standard breakfast. I have no complaints.

this hotel really is beautiful and well kept. the staff were pleasant. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast, it was fine. they had ice water there and that was great. usually it’s only juice, milk or hot drinks.

the only negative I found was that this is a rough area. There are a lot of shops there and the immediate area is newly built up but a couple of blocks away it’s rough. I wouldn’t go out at night. we felt safe at the hotel, no issues

Property was in a street with several other hotels. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable.

The breakfast was nice. The room was very clean. Everyone is was great. They were training a few people during our stay. But that didn’t interfere with any of our goals or plans. The weight room was very clean and my husband enjoyed using the weights.

There really wasn’t anything negative. Even the wifi was excellent.

I’m a young female traveling across the country by myself, and while the surrounding area is obviously not the best, I felt safe at this hotel. Location was convenient for exploring as its right off the highway. Staff were very friendly, room was spacious and tastefully decorated, and it was about as clean as any other chain hotel I’ve stayed in. Great value and I would stay here again if I’m ever back in ABQ.

I did notice the slight pet odor mentioned in other reviews, but only in the hallway and my room itself smelled fine. It’s a pet friendly hotel so this is to be expected. Other guests were a bit loud coming and going in the hallways until midnight, but this isn’t the hotel’s fault. Would have been nice to have a fridge in the room.
