The location was perfect easy off the freeway. Valet was quick and our luggage was in our room in record time. Loved that it was across the street from the Sawmill market. We had dinner there and picked up lunch for the next days road trip.

Unfortunately there were girls parting in the room next to us until 1:00 in the morning with music blasting. Was impossible to sleep through that. We had driven 9 hours that day and was really hoping for a good night sleep. Other than that we loved the hotel and staying there.

Location is great. Hotel is across the street from an excellent food hall - SawMill Market (Blue Door and Plata Coffee are must visits). Staff is immensely friendly and responsive. 10:30pm room service was fast and delicious. Morning tea (green matcha) and pastry (cinnamon roll) very good. The room was super spacious and spotless, beautiful shower, lovely tub. King bed super comfy. And Hotel Chaco's pool, fitness room are great along with a great art gallery and the resort's overall commitment to helping tell ABQ's indigenous people's story is awesome. And finally, this resort is super pet friendly! Wish I could nit pick about this place... :) ... but our stay was pretty flawless.

The Valet could have taken 90 secs to get our car, instead of like three minutes. Just kidding. Seriously, this place is really quite outstanding. There really wasn't anything my wife and I did not like.

The rooms are lovely and I especially like the fact that there is no carpet and the ledge to put suitcases. That part of the design was brilliant.

I think the hotel should do a much better job of keeping the concrete, pavers, and outside of the hotel entrance clean. It gave a bad impression seeing so much grit. In addition, in the bathroom the frosted glass is all splattered and looked unclean. The frosted glass was a poor design selection and should be replaced. I got a dinky scoop of ice cream for $6 that was way overpriced. Drinks also overpriced. We did not eat at the hotel due to the high prices. The cost of the stay was much higher than I would normally pay for my business.

Great location, amazing breakfast available at the rooftop bar with a view. Very clean and beautiful building.

The downstairs lobby bar was never open or staffed during our stay. We would have loved the opportunity to purchase better coffee in the mornings at the bar, since there was an espresso machine but no one staffing it. It would have also been nice to have afternoon cocktails available to enjoy the great outdoor seating area and courtyard.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, and onsite 24/7. Room service needs were fulfilled immediately upon request, onsite business center, lovely rooftop restaurant/bar. The location was away from downtown and within walking distance of Old Town, the Albuquerque Museum, a delightful winery/bistro and other restaurants.

Shower head leaked. Limited means of transportation to get to/from the hotel (city wide). A complimentary shuttle would have been ideal. While they offered take out coffee and pastries (for an additional fee) for breakfast, it would have been nicer to have breakfast in their restaurant. It should be included in the room price.

I have stayed at Chaco before. Last time in 2019. I love coming back!! The hotel is obviously not 'new' anymore, so some furniture a bit 'worn'.... As regards cleaning, there were balls of fluff under furnitures. Nevertheless, we loved this last stay! The beds are super comportable! Swimmingpool is wonderful! The view from the roof fantastic! Will be back next year!!!!

The only disappointment was not being able to have breakfast on Level 5. We were told only at weekends. 2019 breakfast was served on level 5. We had room service instead, but of course on top of the cost of the breakfast itself, room service fee was added. The 'see-through' panel in the bathroom is a bit annoying. If a person needs to turn the light on using the bathroom during the night, it literally lights up the bedroom too....not so great!!!

Clean, large rooms with everything you would need Parking is easy and you don't need to wait for valet - it was also free even though it was listed as a charge on booking.com

Our stay was REALLY quiet. While we like to be able to sleep and have our quiet time - it was almost eerily quiet. Don't know if it was the time of year we were there or a general occurrence but almost feels like the hotel is too big for the area Every time we touched the door handle to our room we got a shock - don't know if this has something to do with the climate but we were very conscious of it when opening the doors The Hotel itself is all very modern, while the pool area is in need of sprucing up

The staff went out of their way to prepare and divide dinner meals so we could each have a "tasting" plate.

Only room service breakfast was available on weekdays. It was nothing special. The one big gripe was that the thermostat light would not turn off at night so we had to cover it with paper. Also, one of our rooms was near the elevator and it was rather noisy.

The hotel is really beautiful and the location is great near the historic center, and is across the street from The Sawmill with a ton of little restaurants and bars. Our room was gorgeous and the bed was really comfortable.

They are short staffed, so no bar service at the pool and room service is called in across the street to restaurants in the Sawmill.

The hotel is a beautiful building with nice, big rooms and tasteful bathrooms. We appreciated the bar and many of the amenities offered by the property. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food hall directly across the street from the hotel. Delicious!

We would’ve preferred firmer mattresses in our rooms, and we all complained of aching backs the next day. Also, we were charged $5 for a SINGLE piece of toast at breakfast. We’re not cheap people but that’s ridiculous for one piece of bread.
