Baymont by Wyndham Belen NM

Overall stay at the hotel was excellent. The morning and afternoon staff were excellent. The breakfast was great. The cleanness was great.

Saturday night when we got back to the hotel and went to use our room keys they didn’t work. I went down to get them fixed and the night host was sitting in the dark where you could barely see him and had an attitude the whole time I was talking to him. He also was be snobby with us when we told him they weren’t working and said I figured so.

Everything went well! They were able to accommodate an early check-in, which we learned was possible, because their cleaning staff start early, work hard, and well. The rooms are so roomy with plenty of nice towels. Breakfast was great. the property is modern, clean, and well kept. The staff is friendly and accomodating. Jenn was efficient and organized.

save water and don't wash towels/change towels unless requested. Don't throw away opened soaps and shampoos to replace them with new ones. Tell guests not to keep key cards in with phones or other magnetic strips. Many of us had to get keys recoded because we didn't know that. Hated bothering the staff for such a simple thing.

Breakfast. The eggs were powdered eggs, soggy, and tasted terrible. The gravy for the biscuits was as thin as water - not at all like the normal gravy found in any other hotel I've stayed at over the years. When I pointed this fact out to the lady working the breakfast bar, showed her with a spoon how watery the "gravy" was, and asked "Can you tell me why this is so watery?" her reply (twice) was, "It's gravy...it's gravy." She turned and walked away - could not have cared less. If breakfast is of importance or value to you when staying at a hotel, this is not the place for you.

Such a nice and understanding lady when I checked in. Very helpful as I had experienced one of the worst days of my life. Thank you.

Breakfasts same as most hotels nowadays, bland and unexciting. Few choices of yogurt or fresh fruit. Cold/Warm eggs, gravy, biscuits, sausage, waffles Always pretty good hot coffee. Cereals mostly high in sugar. Stale muffins, biscuits, waffles and toast to be reheated in the microwave or the toaster oven. There was butter, syrup, and jellies. Not sure that it's necessary to count every little condiment. The ladies working there would rather keep it this way rather than to cook every morning .....

I didnt like that they did want to rent to me because I was a local guess I need this room for my daughter because she was coming from out of town for her brother graduation and my air conditioner broke so I want for her to be comfortable I think you need to know that people that are local guess can’t rent rooms from hotels that are in less then 90 miles so I change the reservation to my daughter address but I pay for it

The beds where some of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The coffee was always fresh and available 24/7.

The only complaint I had was that the hot breakfast was a little flimsy. The biscuits were good but the sausage gravy was really runny like soup and the scrambled eggs were pretty gross.

The location was super easy to find. The night attendant was friendly. She gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner. The morning attendant was very friendly when she greeted us.

The breakfast was quite bland. The food wasn't very warm. The yogurt was sitting in an ice bath. The mattresses on the bed were very soft. They were also very low for a handicap room.

I don't think I have ever stayed at a hotel as clean as Baymont. Lisa, at the desk, was very friendly and helpful. Everyone that worked at Baymont was very friendly. I really liked the exercise room. Went every morning to exercise and it was so clean. The breakfast was outstanding. Everything was delicious. Would highly recommend staying at Baymont, to everyone.

I can't think of a thing, that was wrong with our five day stay at Baymont. It was all a great experience. The rooms very clean and quite.

Having coffee 24 hours was nice, the breakfast was good, my room was clean and quiet and the staff was extremely nice!

The people walking upstairs can be very noisy just walking. The front desk told me to complain my second night if that happened but it’s not the Hotel’s fault, some people are just ignorant! I didn’t realize they had an elevator or I would’ve stayed on the second floor… My fault!!

Spacious, quiet and clean. Arrived after a long tough day of driving through ugly weather and particularly appreciated the comfort offered at Baymont Belen. Great breakfast offerings and nice uncrowded breakfast room . No cafeteria trough feeling. Friendly reception staff. Gorgeous view from unit 117.

Location was a bit of a pig. Somewhat hard to locate even with satnav. Area seems isolated.
