Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Santa Fe

Room was very large and it was great having a table and chairs to have breakfast in our room or for other meals/snacks. Bed was comfortable. Room and common areas were clean. A/C worked great. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good for the hotels/motels on Cerillos and provides good value as opposed to staying closer to Santa Fe.

Breakfast was ok - it would've been nice to have a little larger selection of baked goods. There were mini muffins. Eggs cooked to order though we didn't have any.

I had requested a room on the main floor, because my wife can not do stairs; and we received a room on the main floor as requested. The breakfast was nice; the lady that cooked our egg dish said if we wanted more she would be happy do cook us more. Yes the room was clean.

Even though the egg dish was very nice; some potatoes and or meat would have made it exceptional. The room was clean and nice, but the bathroom was rather small.

The Econo Lodge in Santa Fe is clean, comfortable, easy to find, and has convenient parking. The breakfast is extraordinary with all of the usual better breakfast choices AND a woman making omelets or scrambled eggs to order! It was too cool for me to use the pool, but the steam rising from the hot tub was very tempting. The check-in was easy and when I came back looking for a map, it was provided complete with an explanation of how to find the best sights, etc. The gentleman was most helpful.

It was yet another place that has a bathtub but no way to take a bath. Other than that, it was fine.

The room was wonderful and comfortable! Everything was right next door so that was super nice! The decorations and details throughout the building were absolutely beautiful! The hot tub and pool were an absolutely fantastic addition after a long drive after our wedding. Overall I'd recommend this hotel to just about anyone that was planning on staying in Santa Fe New Mexico!

It was kind of hard to get a hold of someone at the front desk when we needed them but the staff was super friendly so that made up for it. The parking lot was also shaped sorta funny so it was a little hard to get out in certain positions within the parking lot. But other than those very very small details it was a fantastic stay! This has nothing to do with the hotel just Santa Fe in general; There were unfortunately a lot of tweakers wandering around but that's really about anywhere you go nowadays so I'd just be a little more careful is all!

This is a surprising property. The value for money is undeniable and all the front desk staff are courteous and helpful. The breakfast was better than expected, with the cooked-to-order omelets a nice touch. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. We stayed for four nights and would stay here again.

It was already quite hot but the pool was not yet available. Also, being on the first floor without an elevator made it a bit difficult to get our luggage up the stairs. If we'd been just staying one night, this would have been more of an issue.

Cleanliness of the good sized room. Could not expect anything more than what was offered. Good selection for breakfast, including a cheese omelet.

I was very disappointed with Booking.com. We had a problem, which meant we'd probably need to cancel our last day of the reservation (one of 4 days in all). The booking.com was offering 24/7 personal contacts to help. No such thing. The automated online assistant redirected us to the property. I could not reach a real person to talk to. Since Booking.com was already paid for their commission, the property couldn't refund us for one day's stay. This was about $110 in our loss. I do not plan to use booking.com again, I'll contact the specific property for all of my future reservations.

It was a very nice motel! The room was very clean and nice! The young man that checked us in was very nice and friendly!! The pool was very nice and the hot tub felt good after a full day of riding our Harley's. The breakfast was good and the lady that was keeping breakfast going was very nice and was working very hard!

Good location to airport, rental cars, bus line and shopping. Easy access into town. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Nice pool and hot tub. A fairly decent breakfast served in a southwest style lobby.

No elevator access to second floor. Would like to see more comfortable seating options in the lobby and around the pool.

Always a pleasant stay. Good location to shops and restaurants. Easy parking and access to city. Nice pool and breakfast area. Southwest style decor. Everything is clean and beds are comfortable. Good value for a good price!

No real complaints. A more varied breakfast offering and larger TV package would be a plus.

Clean enough and staff was nice and easy going

The breakfast was only o k. Hand made eggs are a nice touch, but there’s nothing else that completes it (no sausage or bacon). The stay was fine. I felt safe enough. There’s always a different strange by stander hanging out in the back door at night. Homeless sometimes. The bath tub water also was brown but the staff said it was normal.
