The Hacienda & Spa

The room was beautiful! Loved the fireplace, beds, decor! Staff was very friendly! Amazing art throughout the hotel. Free shuttle into town that was always available. 5 mins from town. Adobe style resort.

Someone opened my door at 11:30. Not sure if it was the staff or who it was. luckily I had put the latch on the door and that stopped them. No knock before they came in. Plug in bathroom didn’t work and right before I left I found blood on the bed coverings.

The Hacienda and Spa was wonderful! The staff is amazingly friendly and attentive. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the plaza(15 minutes), but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel was quiet and the rooms comfortable. We definitely enjoyed the free shuttle service into the Plaza area as well as the happy hour each evening. This was one of the best hotel stays we have ever had! Can't wait to stay again.

Everything was awesome! The hotel staff was exceptional especially Matt our butler!!! He is so knowledgeable about the area & helpful! Such a pleasure to meet & work with!!! I highly recommend The Hacienda & all of their staff were a pleasure & so friendly! The butler service, the breakfast & the happy hour everyday was outstanding! we will definitely come back again!

The amenities that accompany the rooms in the Hacienda are exceptional. We were warmly greeted initially by our butler, Soraida, who brought all our bags etc, to our beautiful room. She did an excellent job explaining the "perks" that came with our room, from the butler service to the evening cocktail hour/morning continental breakfast and the discount in the hotel restaurant if we chose that for breakfast. We saw her each night at the cocktail hour, and she was so pleasant to engage with. The cocktail hour provides excellent snacks, including a different hot entree each night to a great selection of cheese, crackers and fruit. Such an excellent amenity! The continental breakfast was the same, featuring hard boiled eggs, freshly prepared oatmeal, cold cereals, fresh breakfast pastries, a selection of fresh fruit and choice of juice, along with coffee and tea. All the butlers we encountered were fabulous to chat with, providing lots of great recommendations on local businesses like bakeries and restaurants. They absolutely contributed to an outstanding stay. The room featured comfortable beds, excellent Wifi, a handy gas fireplace for chilly mornings and lots of nice toiletries in the bathroom. I would stay at the Hacienda again in a heart beat.

Almost impossible to find a negative to comment upon, but the one thing that was inconvenient was that the hotel ATM machine was out of order.

Everyone was so incredibly nice and extremely helpful!! And the rooms were incredibly comfortable. Free breakfast was better than most places I've stayed, and dinner at Amaya was extraordinary. We are quite pleased with the stay

We wanted to go in the hot tub but is was only warm. It was so cold out we were hoping it would be HOT

Great staff; friendly, professional, helpful. Pool and spa were lovely. Had a fantastic massage in the spa. Absolutely loved the art design of the entire property. Food was great.

The cookies in the room was a nice touch of hospitality but they were stale and clearly had been there a long time. Lounge access was appreciated, but a larger selection for breakfast would be nice.

The hotel is in an amazing location -- next to Tomasita's restaurant, the Farmer's Market, Sage, and so much more. Robert greeted us, got us parked and our luggage in our room. That greeting set the tone for a perfect stay. He was warm, welcoming and informative. Loved the fireplace in the room and the patio. The Lounge in the Hacienda was a wonderful amenity.

No housekeeping service at all due to Covid. It would have been nice to have an opportunity to empty garbage cans and give back old towels during our three-night stay. This was a minor point compared to what a wonderful experience we had.

The breakfast and evening snacks and drinks in the hacienda lounge were a great added ammenity. Butler service in hacienda was excellent. Enjoyed live music in the main lobby. Maid service was excellent. Location was easy walking distance to the plaza and directly across from rail yard— don’t worry, no train noise.

Great location, comfortable, well-appointed and the executive lounge access was really good.

Parking. It was difficult to find a space on Thursday night and the spaces are unusually narrow. It would be nice, also, if there was no “resort fee.” Those things are a BS way of jacking up the price.

All your staff is amazing! From the great older gentleman who hosted us for breakfast and happy hour, to your wonderful and accommodating shuttle drivers. We enjoyed the butler service as well. Thank-you for the wonderful vacation.

Just a few ideas..the coffee station in the room..pods and tea? Menu' s to your restaurants would be helpful as well
