Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Santa Fe

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel overall was clean and the location was great. Close to shopping, food, and necessities.

The parking was very tight, being in a full size pickup did not help. If you are in a compact car, the parking is probably adequate. The pool area was so warm, it was not comfortable to sit in N for long. The kids had a blast though.

The location was good. The area was quiet. The breakfast was good and different every morning. The rooms were nice and quiet.

There are not enough entrances and a long walk to your room. Air/ Heating unit turned on and off continuously. The breakfast area was too small.

Easy to access. The room was comfortable and very clean. Nice shower products mounted in the shower :) Great assortment of pillows. Fridge was cold and ready to use.

The shower heads are way to HIGH and the spray pattern was wide by the time it hit my height. The floor got soaked. I would like to have had 1) a head that could be adjusted by sliding on a pole or 2) Better Yet .... a hand held shower as this would meet everyone's needs. I can only imagine trying to shower a child. The walls could definitely use some paint. The in room coffee lacks a lot, I would rate it a "1"

The breakfast menu and food quality were outstanding. The ladies that prepared the food deserve a special "Thank you"!

The retail parking next to the hotel was a gathering point for less fortunate individuals suffering from drug addiction.

Location was fine. Breakfast was good. Gloves were available to wear while serving self. People, including myself, didn’t really see notice on wall. If handed to guest upon entering perhaps it would have promoted their use. We used them on second day after noticing them being available.

Nothing really stood out as undesirable. Would have liked information available with de stations to visit in Old Town and driving directions to get there. This advertising was a fault in city of Santa Fe not just at hotel. Would have been big help. Even the visitors center had no available info and was closed on Saturday/Sunday when we were there.

My wife and I met with my brother and his wife for a visit. We're all in our 70's and have some difficulty getting things to work for us, understand how to make things operate and make the right reservations. Our compliments to both General Managers Janelle and Juan for politely helping us through a river of issues, they were both so polite an understanding. I wish all hotel chains hired people like these two youngsters. Thank you both....

The omelet in a tortilla was crunchy, but it was good to have a start to our day. The location was close to many things we toured.

Breakfast was good . Switching off the menus would been nice. There for a few days eating same warm breakfast isn't too appealing. Just saying. Options were good overall.

Only thing I didn't like were the tamales during breakfast..didn't taste authentic.

I reserved this property because of the pool and hot tub both were not working this is something that should be mentioned when booking a trip especially after a long day it’s always great to get in the pool and hot tub

Perfect spot to spend 2 days exploring the area. The staff was great! Breakfast good. Rooms clean and comfortable.
