Hilton Garden Inn Auburn

We chose not to eat breakfast at hotel. The location is good, near Cayuga Lake. The town is cute too with walkable places to eat. Can definitely recommend Prison City Brewery & Pub.

Before we left home for our stay we received email that stated we needed to wear masks. This was Sept 2, 2022. RIDICULOUS. Wanted to cancel but was unrefundedable so we crossed our fingers and thankfully we did not have to wear them, no one was!!

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast cooked to order. Additional $11 per person. They also found us a generously large handicapped accessible room for my daughter that is in a wheelchair. We had to wait an extra 20 min for the room to be cleaned. They were kind and gave us 2 free vouchers for breakfast for one day because we had to wait. I would stay here again for sure.

At check in they were going to charge us an extra $100 than what I was quoted by booking.com. I was glad I caught it and luckily I had my confirmation email with me and they honored the price.

very friendly staff at reception, breakfast, bar / Restaurant, cleaning lady- Good Job! Location is very good, Restaurant offers really Good Food for very fair prices. Hotel is clean, we can Highly recommend the hotel

The employees provided exceptional service. I was in the laundryroom one day and the coins were stuck and Duane helped me out, he was both helpful and courteous. The housekeepers were friendly and did a great job.

The beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows were horrible, they need to invest in better beds and pillow.

I did not get what my offer stated which was a 25 credit at the hotel and also an early check in or late check out. I was very disappointed and they said they were contacting you and would be in touch and I haven’t heard anything. can someone please contact me ASAP thank you

It was a great hotel! As you as I walked in I was impressed at how beautiful it was. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I also loved how clean it was. I had zero complaints with this hotel. I've stated at multiple hiltons and this was by far the best one yet.

Location handy to downtown Auburn and good eating spots including Prison City Pub & Brewery at 28 State St.

We prepaid for breakfast but when we arrived we had to ask for breakfast coupons as they were in midst of changing their breakfast pricing/policy. We ended up paying slightly more for continental breakfast by prepay than we would have actually paid on site. They offered offer by menu as well. Continental breakfast was below average selection.

I liked the location, the decor, pretty much everything.. I especially liked that upon arrival we were asked which floor we would like to be on & the lady at the desk recommended the 4th floor as there were many kids at the hotel and we would be more comfortable in our stay if there wasnt little feet running around above our heads which i lpved because we were actually getting away to be away from kids so I really appreciated her recommendation.

I didnt really sleep well, I loved the pillows they were super soft & felt like I was laying on clouds but I have a bad back & need to be elevated so I think it would be beneficial for your company if you offered people firm pillows as well upon arrival

It seems the menu has changed and there is little selection. Food was good however. Breakfast was like a fast food restaurant. Our room was large and very clean. I rated the comfort at 9 because the bed we had was so firm our backs ached and my legs ached so much I couldn't sleep. Ample towels and toiletries were provided. The room rate was so reasonable for a first class accommodation.

As stated above, I think the menu is limited and the bed we had in our was too firm for us to get a night's sleep

Quiet rooms. Good location for the Schweinfurth Museum.

Fox News on the tv in the lobby. Seems inappropriate for a general audience. Receptionist was not friendly. She did just did her job.
