Hampton Inn Seneca Falls

Breakfast was very good. beds and pillows were comfy. Staff was polite during check-in.

They didn't leave a receipt of my bill under the door like many hotels do. When I got home, I found out I was overcharged. I booked my room through booking.com, and was quoted a rate. I didn't get a receipt when I left, and relied on my hilton honors app to retrieve my receipt. BOY, was I surprised that they overcharged me over $100. When I called to resolve the issue, the woman at the front desk was not helpful, and a little rude. Told me I had to call booking.com to resolve.

The height of bed was good. Breakfast buffet was good. Check in clerk was very nice, down to earth and very helpful.

I thought it being a handicap room there would have been a higher toilet and ( or at the very least) handrails near the toilet. There was nothing but bare wall and a very low toilet. It was accessible for hearing impaired and that was it. I'm hoping that they can change this in the future and possibly make their handicap rooms all around handicap, not just certain features, as this was very misleading. On the breakfast buffet I would have appreciated plain scrambled eggs as they had onions and peppers in them and they don't agree with me and I couldn't enjoy them ...

We came to visit Montezuma national wildlife refuge and stayed for 2 nights. We loved the hotel. Breakfast was incredible, large variety and hot food was different on different days. The common areas were really spacious and our room was really large with a huge window and bathroom. Staff was super friendly. We are really happy with our stay.

Very small thing but the smell in the hallway was a little chemical like some sort of bleach cleaner was used. Our room was fine.

Our room was exceptional. The location was great for what we wanted to do for the weekend. The staff was amazing to deal with, and extremely friendly. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options.

The beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked, we all (4) didn't sleep well and when we got up we had felt like we didn't sleep at all. Two of us have bad backs, and the bed did not help us. We were there two nights, and both nights we had people running up and down the hall and making lots of noise, but that's not the hotels fault.

The staff were the BEST. We especially loved the 2 Alyssa's but everyone was fantastic. They were more than just staff at a hotel; they were hospitality professionals. I travel a lot and have stayed in hotels all over the world and can say that the staff at The Hampton Inn Seneca Falls were the best ever

The beds are much too firm.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of hot and cold choices.

Checkout is at 11:00 am. We we getting ready to check out, planning to leave at 11:00 since we were meeting others in our group at 11:30. At 10:40 cleaning staff knocked on our door t see if we had left yet. Then about 3 minutes later they were calling on the room phone. It felt like we were being rushed out of the hotel. If you want guests out by 10:30 then post the check out time as 10:30.

Comfortable and clean room. Bed was nice and comfortable. Quiet at night and view east from the window was special during sunrise. Lighting well placed and easy to operate. Coffee in the lobby through the day is very refreshing.

The power outlets could include USB ports as most appliances people carry have USB connectors. Better yet would be additional USBC as it is becoming more common. That way people won’t need to carry additional chargers.

Upon check in, the staff was incredibly nice. It was our first time in the area, and everyone was so helpful. Our room was clean and there is always hot coffee or tea in the lobby. They have a free shuttle too that will take you within a certain area.

There isn't much to complain about. When showering, the water temperature was inconsistent. It'd be good, then cool, then it'd get hot. If that's our biggest complaint, I'll take it.

Room was clean and ready upon our arrival...requests were met (upper level, no adjoining room)...nice breakfast and sitting area

pool water a little cloudy but enjoyed a swim...breakfast hours were not long enough for travelers wishing to sleep a little later (on vacation) so would have liked the hours to be extended

Breakfasts were excellent. The people at reception and the other workers on scene were very friendly and helpful.

the toilet in Room 413 where I stayed tends to refill from time to time and probably needs a better seal
