Hampton Inn Geneva

Hampton in always offers us tea coffee whenever we like it. we can have a piece of fruit anytime. they offer a nice breakfast spread evry morning. the staff was so kind from check in to the breakfast ladies to the staff cleaning rooms all so helpful and pleasant .

the pool hours could be open early like at 7 so we can swim before our day begins. too much to do during the day to swim. they offer a light roast coffee . our whole group prefer a dark roast.

Location was great, it is across from the lake and there are beautiful views. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was excellent. The floor we were on was quiet and we couldn’t hear our neighbors.

The dryer didn’t work very well, we figured out there is a bird nest in the vent. It meant our clothes took twice as long to dry. Everything else was great.

The stay was extremely comfortable and the rooms were clean. The property has a parking that's free for guests, so that was definitely a plus. The breakfast was pretty good as well. I especially loved that the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

We stayed for just one night, so not much to say here. Overall, the stay was really nice and convenient. I just felt that the price for one night was a bit too high, but then it was the labour day long weekend so I can't complain much.

All the staff were wonderful. Helpful, personable and professional. Room was clean and adequate sized. Location was good for what we needed. Pool was nice. Breakfast was good. Just enough. Everything was clean.

Hot tub was broken so that was a bummer. And the train came through a little early for my liking. Other than that all was good.

This particular Hampton Inn is in need of some overall renovations and updates. For example, the lighting and bathroom fixtures were dated and not ideal, and the inn was just a bit rundown. Still a terrific location and not a bad place to stay if you really want to be in the Finger Lakes district!

The location was perfect for us as we travelled throughout wine country. Convenient to everything. Including parks, restaurants, a casino, and lake. The staff was very accommodating and worked hard to keep the hotel very clean and welcoming.

We came to the are to explore the wineries. The location was excellent for our day trips to various wineries. Catlyn at the front desk was informative and gave lots of good advice. Good variety of breakfast options.

Can't think of anything except perhaps the 7am train each morning. Nothing the hotel can do about that.

Comfortable beds; Very clean room; Great view of the lake; We were upgraded to a room with refrigerator and microwave, loved it; Within walking distance to many restaurants and The Smith Opera House, where our concert was

I loved everything

Normal breakfast fare. Coffee was excellent. Sharol was excellent as a front desk associate. Very friendly and made a point of remembering guests names. Very attention to details.

Nothing is perfect.

We liked the hotel, the staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. We had the breakfast and there were ALOT of items to choose from. Our room was clean

Our refrigerator could not open well
