Quality Inn

Good parking. Room was clean and well apportioned, beds comfortable, shower very nice. Location was excellent with plenty of dinner options and a gas station nearby. Staff numbers seemed to be down but that's the same with everywhere else. Building in decent condition and all the furnishings and so on were nice.

We stayed two nights and the breakfast was very much a tale of two days - went down at the same time each day at 8am and the first morning was a disaster - no coffee, bread products or hot breakfast left other than a handful of packaged muffins. Hung around for 15 minutes but no staff to be seen in the breakfast area or reception so gave up and went out for the day. Second day, everything was available and was very good. I'm guessing the previous day must have been down to the low staffing. Quite pricey compared to places we've stayed in around the area but it was in the center of town.

The hotel was just a short distance from Corning glass museum. The check in/out staff were very helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, good sized bathroom, and the beds were extremely comfortable. There was a fridge in the room which was useful and the hotel was very quiet.

I think there could have been better breakfast options. There wasn’t much choice and no one came in to refill any items, but everywhere was clean.

Older Quality Inn that has been renovated. Room was spacious, modern and clean, included a coffee maker and mini fridge. Bed comfortable. Staff was friendly and check-in/out was efficient. Breakfast is the normal items and it was nice to be able to grab something quick. Walking distance to the Corning Museum of Glass and Market St for all the restaurants.

I loved the comfort of the bed! It was great! The hours for the breakfast were perfect. Sometimes they cut them short and late sleepers don't get fed. The woman at the desk was also keeping the food supplied and she did a wonderful job!

It would have been nice to have an elevator, but we did fine with it as it was .

Clean, good location, friendly staff, breakfast wasn’t anything special thanks to COVID, BUT they offered gluten-free bagels and cereal- a big plus.

unfortunately, the pool is closed indefinitely due to some local rule about the chemicals having to be added by a special filter, even though the pool is immaculately clean with them added by hand. This means purchase of a whole new filter. Don’t expect to see it soon.

The free breakfast was delicious! We had waffles , eggs, sausage . You could smell the cleanliness as soon as we walked in. The price for one night was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this Quality Inn too every one.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They made us feel very comfortable and welcoming. They also assisted in any requests we had.

Have stayed at this location before as Comfort Inn- unable to use pool and breakfast was extremely limited. Realize Covid has affected many of the amenities. Cost was higher than we expected for lack of service.

Almost everything was as expected. The rooms were clean and they were able to accommodate us close together. The beds were super comfortable and very roomy.

Upon arrival the air was off and the room was stifling hot (thankfully it cooled off pretty quickly) the pool was no open which the kids were really bummed about and the "continental breakfast" consisted of only granola bars...we are sure that this is directly related to COVID

The room was very clean and the air conditioning was very welcome after a day of traveling. The hotel was located near many facilities and attractions.

I felt there was nothing that needed to be changed.

A very quiet place in the central part of Corning and just a short walk to Glass museum. Standard but good breakfast.

The pool was closed for maintenance yet looked like it was already after maintenance just waiting for some major inspector approval. This was kind of disappointing for the kid.
