Like the staff and the location. Sarah (think that was her name...) was especially personable and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Coffee availability was also nice.

Not crazy about having to climb stairs with baggage as they have no elevator here. And as mentioned in a previous review (my second time here, which speaks to the comfort and price), the included breakfast is of no use to someone like me with celiac disease. There were hard-boiled eggs, but I'm not much for them so I skipped it.

Handicap room roll in shower, very thankful for that... Always clean... Paul is very accommodating... Great location right by all major highways you might need & food, grocery, & gas right next to the hotel...

The fact that the handicap rooms are at the end of the long hallway which had a access door by the handicap parking but u can't access w your card which makes you walk around the whole building, would be great for us disabled to park & then access our room from that door closest to the room...

I liked the vinyl flooring, makes you feel like your walking on a clean floor and not unknow stuff in old carpet. The location was very clean and didn't smell. We didn't have breakfast there but the room was full and the offerings looked good. We met family members at a near by dinner for breakfast.

The plexiglas at the front desk made it very hard to hear the people behind the glass, I'm sure it's still there from the COVID time frame.

The staff was very friendly and helpful!!! They even bake cookies for the guests in the evening!!! Room was clean and everything was in working order.

Was not an issue for us, but something to know, there is no elevator to the 2nd floor, so if climbing steps is an issue for you, then be sure to make that clear when booking a room. Breakfast was good, but would have loved to have had some hot items, like eggs, sausage and/or bacon. Was impressed that they offered sugar free syrup along with regular syrup for the waffles!!!

Breakfast was fine- simple, heavy on the carbs but they did have yogurt and hard boiled eggs. The staff was great, the gal came and helped me figure out the TV controller. I think her middle name was Lisa - she said when I introduced her to my daughter, Lisa.

A freezer in the refrigerator- my ice packs couldn’t get frozen for my cooler when we left the next day. But I was glad for the refrigerator.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We didn't need anything fancy, just a place to relax and sleep. Everything was clean. All in all a pleasant stay. The friendliness makes the difference!

Continental breakfast was very basic. The coffee machine ran out of decaf early in the AM and was not refilled. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Ran out of tissues and there wasn't a new box in the room.

Convenient for our needs , pet friendly with easy access to the outside with dog . Very clean and in a nice quiet area . The front desk person Sarah was there the whole time and was very friendly and helpful . Very much an asset to your hotel . Thank you Sarah .

We had no complaints and would stay there again .

For the price, it can't be beat. The facilities are clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and most importantly, the rooms are quiet. Heck, we even thought the mattress and pillows were comfortable! I needed to put in a full work day on one of the days of our stay, so having a proper desk with an office-style chair in the room was also really convenient, and the wifi was strong enough to keep me online all day.

No complaints

Older, but very clean facility. Very basic and simple, but fulfilling the needs for the traveler, who needs the place to sleep while passing by on the HWY.

Breakfast was very symbolic. Not much at all, but it is expected for this level of the hotel

The breakfast was a variety fresh option choices sitting area family friendly great location next to expressway, shopping restaurants in the area 5 minutes away out the window beautiful scenery quiet at night.

Nothing enjoyed our stay.
