There wasn’t an elevator and my Mom and I both have issues with stairs. I thought I had seen that there was an elevator so I didn’t think to request a 1st floor room. Unfortunately, they supposedly had nothing available on the 1st floor when we arrived.

I loved how close we were to everything.. Taco bell right outside the front door, walmart was a 2-minute drive, Michael's, Barnes & Noble, and a liquor store within walking distance. Location was great! WiFi speeds very fast, did not get a chance to try their breakfast. Also, I got my $150 back! Apparently, they've had issues with people breaking TV's. Ours worked fine when we got there, and worked fine when we left. I did request a walk-through when we left to ensure I got my money back. They complied, no issues, and i got my money back.
I am not a very critical person. There are a few things that should be made public. First of all, upon check-in, you will be charged an additional $150 for incedentals. I get that, but it should be disclosed. I feel like that is booking.com's fault. After check-in, I felt the need to photograph and have said photographs printed at the nearby walmart so that we had proof that we didn't damage the already damaged room. There was peeling trim, previous damage to drawers, mold in the bathroom, as well as loose fixtures in the bathroom. Not sure if it was old blood on the walls or not, but I did photograph because $150 is a lot of money. Other than that, I felt safe and unharmed. There was a significant draft coming underneath the door, which caused the heater to run excessivly. I have very sensitive sinuses, so, therefore, I had to have a warm-mist humidifier running the entire time.

The bed was uncomfortable. The TV was hard to figure out. Breakfast ended too early, little variety.
