The staff was so sweet, everything always clean, If we ever needed extra towels or anything they were always on top of it.Breakfast in morning was always clean and full ( coffee was out of a machine, that u pushed a button to get just like the juice machine so always terrible it was like water with a color of coffee but thats the machine not the staff) other than that it was quite, it was convient for us and it was clean the beds were really comfortable we slepted well in them, also had a sofa bed in room which when we opened it didnt look comfortable at all ( but hey its a sofa bed) will book with them again when we come back.

The key cards didnt work to any of outside doors so we always had to go around to the front, and our room had a very bad smell dont know if it was from AC unit the glass doors were very fogged over but the min you came into room you smelled it after awhile your nose got used to it. The light in bathroom you had to jigle it for it to turn on. Room 104,my parents stayed in room next door and they didnt have a smell.

What I did not like is that Booking.com did not provide the booking information for the hotel. And when I tried to call the Booking.com help center I was hung up on. The assistant manager at the site contacted the booking. com and tried to resolve the issue. Even though the hotel did not have my booking info I showed them the printout of the confirmation and a room was provided. It was a very stressful situation given that we were in the midst of a snowstorm.

Easy check in and out. Hotel was clean, cheap and comfortable. Location was easy to get in and out of. Staff was phenomenal! Convenient sliding glass doors in downstairs rooms to load luggage in and out. Would definitely stay here again. Recommend the waffles (very good) or cereal if you're getting breakfast.

Didn't care for breakfast eggs, sausage or coffee. Sink fixture could be replaced, they were hard to turn and confusing to work. Outlets were so loose you couldn't keep anything two prong in them. Hallways could use some fresh air, they were clean but stale.

Had a nice breakfast in the morning that was included and the bed was huge and comfortable. Easy on and off from the highway and we had everything we needed in the room.

There wasn't a vending machine. Not a huge deal breaker and they had snacks behind the front desk but for convenience in the middle of the night it would've been nice.

Everything I loved the room the comfort the staff was so friendly and helpful the breakfast was a great bonus the lighting was good. My room was clean and it was close to my destination to visit family

I would have liked to close my curtains all the way shut but I a couple clips to hold them shut

The young man at the reception desk when we checked in was courteous and welcoming. The woman at check out was also very helpful. Our room was spacious enough to move around without the desk chair getting in the way.

All was great, except that the internet was hard to access in the morning on a laptop.

I loved the sliding door to the outdoor parking, although it is pointless when going anywhere to exit through due to not being able to lock it behind you.

It smelled like cigarettes and illegal substances because people were smoking outside and the AC brought all smells inside.

The bed and shower

Having to always ask to have our room cleaned We feel that should be automatically done My bed is made every day at home I expect it when paying for a room

Property was clean, well lit and front desk staff was very helpful and friendly

My one complaint is the heavy darkening curtains didn’t close to cover the window. The light from the parking lot was shining in the room. Thankfully I carry a couple of clothes pins and they were able to keep the curtains pulled over and closed

It was where I needed it to be

My room had parking area lights shining in thru the sheer curtains. Heavier drapes did not close so light shined on the bed. Hard to sleep since room was not dark Also blood red paint spot and smear on floor was gross looking.
