Everything! Everyone from Cherie at the front desk to the staff at the restaurant, CJ was our server, to an easy and friendly check out experience. The hotel and our room was very clean and had a comfortable atmosphere! Parking was right next to the hotel! I would give this place 100 stars!!!

You can tell these employees are treated right – they seem so happy and friendly! When I walked into the room, I just went whoa. This is so nice. The place has a great feel to all of it, from guest rooms to restaurant to front desk (Sara was awesome). Some other reviewers mentioned not feeling safe in the neighborhood and limited parking, but I’m sure glad I didn’t let that stop me! Found a parking place next to the hotel - made sure I got there early enough to find parking (late afternoon).

The only complaint I had I voiced to the front desk person at checkout, and she made it right immediately. That’s assuming booking.com follows through.

it was very clean and looked like things had been updated. Beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful - I love fruit and they had berries and fresh pineapple which I love. You have option of hot and cold breakfast. Our only issue was dinner at the Hilton both nights. The first issue was the first night. We got there at 8:00 and ordered we were still waiting at 9:00 pm for our dinners . The bartender comped our dinners because of the delay. Food was very good. Second night, due to a new waitress, my salad came with dressing on it and I sent it back… 20 minutes later, I still had not gotten it. Bartender interceded and apologized and comped my dinner. But the food was great when we got it. We are staying at another Hilton because we knew we would arrive late and not feel like going anywhere. The Double Tree by Hilton was close the the Lucy & Desi museum and also the National Comedy center. we enjoyed our stay in Jamestown.

my only thing I noticed is the parking area needs painted and fixed.

The service by your staff was awesome; the wifi was powerful; remote worked well. Terrific big TV screen. Bathroom spotless and well equipped. Beds and linens SOOOO comfy! The heated pool was fabulous.

No microwave, but we could use the one in the lobby for our popcorn. Downtown and the environs are sadly deteriorated, except for the wonderful and modern museums. Jamestown needs a facelift!

Breakfast was okay when we had it; some of the items were lukewarm at best, but servers were nice and fixed fried egg whites for me both mornings that we ate breakfast.

Beds were not the most comfortable, and pillows were dense. There was a refrigerator in the room, but the microwave was in the hall across from the elevator and no vending machines, just an ice machine. I had signed up previously for the Hilton Honors program, but they could not find my information because they could not use my email to locate so we did not get our points.

Great breakfast buffet. Fresh food all three days of our stay. We used the gym and the pool every day. Gym had water station to fill up your bottles with cold water. I used that all the time especially before we went for our outdoor activities. Plenty of parking, adjacent p garage available for hotel guests. Staff pleasant and very helpful.

The staff was very nice, welcoming and efficient! Perfect location close to the museums we wanted to visit and some good restaurants

I didn’t really like being on the 3rd floor (out of 8 hotel floors) with no view except a very poor looking roof top :( Not the greatest- the hotel did not seem at full capacity, but IDK, only a minor disappointment.

This hotel was such a good value. It was modern, clean, bed was comfortable, pillows were fluffy. I prefer tile in hotel rooms and this had carpet. The staff was very nice and helpful and even had cookies for us when we arrived. We would have loved to have breakfast but the buffet closed at 9am, and we had just gotten up so were unable to eat at restaurant. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Jamestown!

The room was wonderful. The view was really neat. The food for breakfast and lunch was delicious. The experience was one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

The water in the pool was cold. The wifi was giving us trouble hooking up, but we still had a great stay.

Staff was very friendly..Helpful with directions to places in the area. Room was a bit small to move around in but very clean. Loved the cookies we were given..Bathroom was very clean. Shower was nice.

We didnt use the pool as it was smelled so bad of chlorine we couldn't breathe. Would of liked if we had a ice machine and microwave on our floor. We had to.go down a floor to get ice and to use the microwave.
