Best Western Dunkirk & Fredonia Inn

Excellent option for one night stay driving Interstate 90. Near highway exit & gas station. Applebee's is across the parking lot and gives a 10% discount to Best Western guests. Staff at hotel were quick and friendly. All around a good place to stop - clean & comfortable at a fair price. Nothing fancy; it's clean and safe.

Parking lot access was confusing while the stores nearby had resurfacing done, but had nothing to do with the Best Western itself.

The breakfast was good, my bed was very comfortable. Sheets were cleaned as well as everything in the room. The coffee was greatand The staff was friendly.

The breakfast could had more of variety. COVID CHANGED THAT I GUESS. Not great with cabs or ubers. Its very scarce out their from what i was told, being that my son's school Suny Fredonia is mins away , parents like myself needed that amentiy alot.

I was very glad that the pool area was open! I had business work to take care of, so the kids had something to do that entertained them well for teenagers. The lady working at the desk the night we arrived helped me out with last minute notice due to me having extra teens to tend to, an the lady when we checked out was very helpful, an didnt turn my business card away. Thank you very much for the wonderful accommodation stay.

The only thing that bothered me with the stay was the cleanliness of the rooms! I did not complain to front desk but the tub wasnt washed from last use the couch bed had alot of dirt under it an there was a cheese burger on the bottom of the night stand next to the window! I am an interior cleaner an painter an travel for work, which is why i had left my business card. Feel free to call if ever in the need. Again thank you for the stay!!

its just off a Main Street behind some fast food restaurants so you’d have to drive to go anywhere but you are just minutes away by car

Michelle at the front desk was superb - very warm, welcoming and personable. The property was well maintained, comfortable and clean.

The room was reasonably priced, it was clean and comfortable, close to coffee shops, shopping and restaurants.

My key to the side entrance door didnt work so I had to use the main entrance.

Ollie at the front desk to check in was amazing. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious and a treat.

It was all good.

Good considering the time

The price was a high and understand supply and demand but the fact that this weekend was much more expensive seemed a bit like price gouging in that students from SUNY Fredonia leave this weekend.

Hi This Was the Third Time We’ve Stayed at this Best Western! It’s always super clean, Everyone From Check-in Desk to the Maids and Managers are always super nice and very helpful! If in this area will always stay here!
