Nest Hudson

The house is conveniently located to the main attractions street. The owner gave very specific directions, and it was easy to get into the building. It was a pleasant and very clean room with access to a small kitchen. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable.

We are big readers and the lights were rather dim. A reading lamp would help. The street lights were quite bright, and I would have liked some type of black out curtains-but that's just me-I realize others aren't bothered by the light. I wish I had known that many of the shops were closed for the season-re-opening in May.

Would appreciate a small freezer section to keep ice packs cold. also, some artwork would cozy the place up.

Great location just off Warren Street - you could easily walk for shopping and restaurants. A small kitchenette for guests provided free coffee, fruit and snacks. Water bottles in the room. We were in Room 5 at the top- spacious and comfy bed. Massive amount of channels on TV, every app you might want available. Quiet location neighborhood location. No keys to fuss with, code to get in the front door and another for your room.

Beautiful, well-appointed room. Location is great for walking Warren Street where a lot of the restaurants and shops are. Owner was very helpful with clear info about checking in, local parking etc. Everything very clean, complementary tea and coffee etc. We got breakfast from Cascades and brought it back to eat in the Nest's little backyard, a nice option to have.

Everything as advertised, would visit again!

Bed was very comfortable. Furnishings charming. Location perfect.

The top floor suite is located in the attic and I kept bumping my head where the ceiling slanted down. There wasn't an ice machine on the premises. The check in/ check out times don't coordinate with the Amtrak train schedules.

Excellent location, just located off the main strip in Hudson so nice and quiet. Loved the outdoor area to sit and read, including the porch rockers. Appreciated the use of the communal fridge to store some of our food.

Not a big deal, but some of the lighting is not bright enough to move around the room without knocking into things at night.

The premises is one block from the main road .The rooms are very clean and comfortable ,a little tab small. It accommodates with coffee ,fruit ,cereal and the host is very good with information. Hudson is a good town to visit for a couple of days.

The room was a great size and the building was stylish and well maintained. The location is perfect, close to Warren St shops and restaurants, and only a 10 minute walk from the Amtrak station. While I didn’t use it, the shared kitchenette was nice to have.

One of the windows in my room would rattle through the night. It was quite windy during my stay and the random banging woke me up a couple of times.

It was a really cute place & I was very grateful for all of it's amenities and it's location could not have been better. I came for my Mom's birthday and we walked everywhere it was so convenient & well appointed for its value.

I wish I could have stayed longer.

The room was lovely, nicely furnished, and the entire place was immaculate. Also a great location, only a block or so off the main street, so quiet but easy to get to restaurants, etc.

We had the third floor attic, so had to hump several heavy suitcases up the stairs. Also, the room was a converted attic so in order to make the windows/ventilation, etc work there was no door on the bathroom, just a moveable screen.
