My wife and I stayed AutoCamp in Saugerties for a second time having enjoyed it so much the first time. We stayed in one of the Airstream - it was very clean, tidy and comfortable. We always feel very peaceful and rested staying at AutoCamp.

There was a large business booking that took up the vast majority of the indoor work spaces and all of the outdoor high-seating spots during our stay. While not an issue, no one had informed us this would be the case beforehand. My wife and I had planned to work in the Clubhouse but were only left with high-table seating right next to the bar and reception area where there's a lot of noise and music playing. A little communication of this in advance would have been appreciated.

We stayed in one of the camps airstreams - the room was awesome, very clean and comfy. The shower was nice and hot + the products were great. We really liked the clubhouse area and enjoyed chilling by the campfire with a cold beer in the evening. Staff were all really nice and helpful.

Auto Camp at Saugerties is a fairly new place and there are definitely some teething issues (all of which I am sure they will resolve in time). For example, when we checked in no one talked us through the camp amenities - as such, we were unaware of a morning yoga class we both would have loved to attend. Also, on one of the mornings there wasn't any coffee (or coffee mugs available) until around 7.45am even though breakfast is served from 7.00am....small things, but overall a great place.

The location and the staff was excellent. It was a very peaceful and quiet weekend stay for my wife and I. This was first time RV and camping experience for my wife and she totally enjoyed it.

We were there for the site's opening weekend, there were some growing pains and the staff needing to familiarize themselves with some of the workings. But overall, still a great experience.

The location is great and close to many things to do. They have wagons you can use to bring everything from your car to your airstream or other option. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They keep it very quiet at night. You can easily spend the day there or venture out for the day and come back to unwind.

At times they seemed short-staffed, for example during one happy hour the person who mixes cocktails wasn't available but the other staff pulled together to make it fun for guests. The guestbook and website need some updating because I found some out of date info and broken links while looking for information.

Peaceful location, friendly staff, cool atmosphere, comfortable bed and shower, tasty food with service until 10 to accommodate those who traveled from afar. Nice event options like beer tasting and pierogis. Great products and filter coffee in the Airstream.

The camp seemed to be a bit short-staffed- it took a while to check in and to check out and the self check-out register at the store isn't easy to use or find items and the scanner didn't work. The Airstream was freezing cold - it took a long time to get it to a normal temperature after our long car trip.

Location was great, super hip, could use a better sign its a tad small and easy to miss. Breakfast was granola and coffee / tea, it was good granola but just be aware that pastries and such are extra. All the other items are locally sourced and quite tasty, but not included with the free breakfast so just go into it being aware of that. Lodge was great, staff were very nice and helpful.

The bluetooth speakers in the air stream didn't work in the bedroom area, not a huge deal but you may run into stuff that isn't working. Probably could have had the snow plow unearth more parking spots, if it is packed out and snowy it can be a bit tough at the end of the night.

The staff. Christine and Ann, and everyone else whose names escape me because we do so much when we are there that are brains are hella full already…they’re wonderful.

At the macro level, nothing to dislike. at the micro level, I wish there were more hot cocoa and marshmallow evenings! And that the benches and table were made of concrete and not plastic so the folks who absentmindedly put their HOT cast iron pans won’t burn them! (we used the trivet on the concrete stool — we are cast iron pan owners and know how hot they get on the fire!). Otherwise, this is a small thing and does not take away from the experience.

Classic airstream was great. Bed was very comfy. the whole airstream was clean, very cute, and the private fire pit was very nice. The communal space is very welcoming and a great space to relax, play games, enjoy the fire, etc. Good selection of beer and wine and decent food options. Grounds are very pretty. It was very busy when we were there but never felt too crowded. 5ish min drive to Saugerties and 10ish minute drive to Woodstock. We absolutely plan to return and check out the other locations they have.

No real complaints, just a few nits to pick. Water pressure in the airstream was quite low. The two complementary fire logs provided lasted about 2 hours, after that you have to buy more logs from the hotel. On site food and drink options were a bit expensive. If you want your accommodations to be serviced you must pay an extra fee.

The staff members were all very kind and helpful- Rosemarie, Jared, David and many others. The Airstream was very clean with comfortable beds, towels, robes and amenities. We were able to attend the performance of Sean Rowe, a songwriter and musician, in the Clubhouse on Saturday night and he is so talented with his baritone voice, songs and tone. Autocamp Catskills is definitely a place to experience with comfortable surroundings and friendly staff members! Look forward to visiting again!

It was a very positive and relaxing experience. No negatives.

it is a nice experience and i will recommend until they will refund the discount they offered.

the property has no running water when we check in but it was understable because of the freezing temp. we were offered the option to stay with 50% discount and if we choose not to stay we will get full refund. we opted to stay for an experience the only problem was the discount took a long time and it was a hassle to follow up because no one answers. it would be nice if they were effeciient with the refund. as of today still waiting…
