I like the old elements that were retained in the remodel of the factory, such as the old wood floors. Staff was so nice. The new TV system that allows guests to use own phone as a remote is very cool. The location is close to Warren St and to the River.
I bought a pastry from the display by the coffee maker for my granddaughter that was incredibly stale. Uneatable. The industrial view out the back isn’t pleasant

We stayed at the Wick for 2 nights as a part of a Hudson Valley getaway. It is located very close to Warren St which had excellent restaurants and nice shopping. The Wick is very new and is located in a former candle factory which gives it a great vibe. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very attentive, pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. We drove there but if you are taking the train, it is the closest hotel to the Amtrak station (about 1 1/2 blocks). Highly recommended!

No breakfast included in room, but they served a breakfast in the restaurant. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The decor was clean and classic. Easy walk into town (uphill).
There were no views. My room looked out onto the parking lot which was behind a warehouse.

As a disabled person the mobility room was perfect and the bathroom spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful getting me and my things to my room.
My only concern is the height of the bed. I wasn't able to get into it. I slept in my wheelchair.

Very nice hotel with a nice modern look. The room hat we booked was a long room with sofa bed, it was so spacious. Comfortable bed. Allie at the front desk was warm, friendly & helpful. Maria, the bartender, makes great cocktails

The location was easily accessible and within walking distance to the train station. It was also within close proximity to Warren Street (the main avenue) The hotel layout was very spacious, clean and the bed was super comfortable (I didn't want to leave!) 24 hours complimentary coffee and tea service!
The hotel restaurant is "understandably" closed due to covid, so Warren St. is where to go to grab a meal. The walk isn't far, yet walking back to the hotel after dark was a little sketchy in my opinion. There is not much street lights visible coming away from Warren Street. I would still stay at the Wick again though.

The hotel was in the perfect location, close to attractions but quiet. Having parking was a bonus! The staff was kind and helpful and it was very clean.
