Holiday Inn & Suites Syracuse Airport - Liverpool, an IHG Hotel

Great location right off the highway, lots of free parking. Easy check in and out. Restraunt / bar on site with good selection of wines. Next to the front desk they have snacks and drinks for sale including alcoholic beverages. I was given a room with the preference requested. Good size clean room ..kitchenette with stove top, microwave, and small fridge..not full size but larger than mini. Bottles of water and bag of chips on the counter. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows plus extra in dresser draw if needed.

Began loosing hot water toward end of my showe..i've never had that happen at a hotel and thought it was s bit odd. I left the do not disturb sign on door yet housekeeping knocked more than an hour before check out time..perhaps management should review with them what do not disturb means.

The hotel was clean and nice great breakfast. Check in was at 3 but are room wasn't cleaned when we arrived at 6, waited 6-8 but had dinner in between the restaurant and bar was nice

There was not a pool or jacuzzi limit... a cheer competition was that weekend and adults could not use the pool or jacuzzi due to young kids occupying it the hold time

great spot, really j is rooms and plenty of facilities. the staff were great, Jim was a top guy and drove us to town and the lady on the desk was super friendly and really really helpful, I think her name was Margaret. will be back for the re scheduled Springsteen concert next year.

I paid $175 for one night, they did not mention to me that breakfast wasn’t included. When I was searching for a hotel the night I booked I specifically clicked on the ones that included breakfast, I must of miss where it asked if I wanted to add breakfast. Although For $175 I feel that breakfast should of been included.

The room was spacious and nicely laid out. The downstairs restaurant was good and makes getting breakfast easy.

The hotel was really nice but is in serious need of an upgrade. Most of our complaints were over minor things like the TV only having a handful of cable channels, no pay per view and a remote that only 4 of the 20 buttons did anything. Other things included, the kitchenette sink being loose, having no directory or other reading materials in the room or having no washcloths when arriving. All minor things, otherwise a fantastic stay.

Location was good with easy access to Interstate & close to Syracuse University. We were there for the Paul McCartney concert & it was fun meeting so many others from all over also staying there for the concert. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Check in was quick & easy even with the amount of people all arriving for the evening event.

Breakfast could be improved with a few more choices.

I loved the location and front desk service was amazing. the pool spa were very nice. the breakfast was so yummy! fluffy eggs and fresh fruit! bacon was so yummy. beds were comfy, room was clean and quiet, shower had amazing pressure.

I would like to address that Michelle and Cam at the front desk was so very helpful and so very friendly. I would like to give them two a 10 plus. The breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel was great.

I really liked Margaret at the Front Desk, very hospitible and knowledable, Also Frank in the Resturant and Bar area. Resturant helpers were Very Good!.

I was actually Really Happy and Impressed, exceded my expectitations!

location, proximity to food and coffee etc. staff were very friendly. rooms were nice and beds very comfortable

water was off for a couple hours for maintenance /fixing and unfortunately we couldn’t access the restaurant as planned.
