Best Western Plus East Syracuse

Friendly staff and very comfortable room. The hotel is close to restaurants and the highway. They were very pet friendly which is a plus for me.

I paid for the reservation through Booking.com. When I arrived, the front desk asked for my credit card, which I assumed was for incidentals. A few days later I saw they charged me for the stay. I sent a message through Booking.com and have not received a reply (I've been traveling and now am in one place for a few weeks). I also spoke with a very nice woman who called to check on my experience. I let her know the problem and she was going to look into it. So I'd just like to hear back and have that credited to my credit card.

We left shortly after breakfast was supposedly open at6 AM but the serving are/ dining room lights were still off so we couldn't see what was offered so we just grabbed some coffee and 2 pop tarts on the way out.

We asked for a room on the first floor as part of our original reservation and received an email response saying our request was no problem, but when we arrived we found out that there were no first floor rooms available and instead we were given a second floor room at the furthest end of the building. This was a long walk for two senior citizens with a dog in tow. No help was offered to cart our luggage, so I had to grab a luggage cart myself, load it, and drag it into the elevator and then from one end of the building to the other by myself while the front desk staff sat and watched.

we booked last minute after not being allowed to check in under our reservation at Double Tree because our friend wasn’t there yet. anyway Best Western was comfortable, clean and very welcoming The staff were all great and we were treated with as a friend and greeted upon entering each time with friendly welcomes and they even asked how are wedding went, day said going and told us how great we looked! above and beyond for sure!!

everything was prefect

After we checked out of a hotel down the street due to our safety being jeopardized, we found this hotel to be safe, clean and the best staff. Everyone said good morning and was so kind. Breakfast was exceptional.

The location only because it's surrounded by dangerous hotels.

Quiet, clean facilities with friendly staff

The automatic self serve coffee machine was not good. A small price to pay compared to the rest of the fine services provided.

location was good. Breakfast was good,but could have been kept more full,no ketchup,juice,or breads some times. I think that the staff would be busy at front desk and could'nt keep up with what was on the menu. Not a negative comment. staff does a very good job.

The breakfast was wonderful considering it was during the pandemic. The pool was also open which was nice. It also offered vending machines and an atm!

Honestly maybe it could have been a little Bit cleAner outside. Also most of the employees we’re polite maybe a couple could have been a little nicer. But other than that great stay!

Breakfast was decent

Had to switch rooms because our first room had a broken hvac. Staff was very responsive and moved us to a room a few doors down and it was very comfortable and clean!

There was nothing negative on my part. I wish it was closer to Syracuse University where my daughter attend. The overall travel was not bad.

Although we wrote yo pay at the property, and informed the first agent at checkin that we would like to pay cash upon exit, they still charged our credit card and refused to let us pay cash.
