Homewood Suites by Hilton Newburgh-Stewart Airport

very clean. the full breakfast was superb. even tho I didn’t have time to use it the fact that hot tub indoor /pool was open was excellent t. i have missed that in nearly all other hotels since March 2020. full kitchen was also super nice. staff told me that corporate wants to renovate all the rooms. I felt the room was superb as is. no need to update/spend millions.

Clean and nice

I did not get the room that I paid for and they had me at the desk for 45 min. I believe that they have my original room out to someone else because they said that name first then they scrambled to find another room for us.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. They had a shuttle that took us around the area (within 5 miles). They were all so helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing. The food was tasty and hot, the area was well-prepared.

The breakfast was very nice and there were a lot of choices. We also found the suite to be very clean and spacious, and the front desk staff were all efficient and helpful.

The pillows on the bed could have been firmer, and the shower curtain was broken.

My room had a kitchenette. The breakfast and the afternoon appetizers were all I needed. I had a dinner of appetizers and soup.

I think they should reduce the amount of plastic being used (use paper cups vs plastic at breakfast, use washable forks/spoons, don't hand out plastic water bottles, either use aluminum canned water or nothing at all.

I was locked out of my room for two hours because the door battery died and no one was on site to fix it. No offer of an adjustment to my bill.. Noisy guests above.

It was a great space, the hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming . Would definitely recommend

Nothing

The staff were so friendly. They gave us ideas on where to eat and where to go. They were very present in the hallways and at the front desk which helped when we had questions or needed something. This hotel was very clean and very well maintained. For being next to airport we didn’t hear any planes. One staff member’s name was Housemen Angel and another staff member started with a V who we believe was a manager. They both went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

Room was nice, allowed for cooking. Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was a little small

The room was clean and well stocked and the staff was very accommodating.

I had somewhat high expectations at breakfast. I felt there should have been toppings for eggs, such as cheese or diced tomatoes. Maybe a small make your own tappas station. The powedered eggs and potatoes was very dry and could have used something to jazz up the eggs.
