V clean and v friendly helpful staff.

The fish in the lobby fish tank were kept in cruel conditions. There were too many fish in a small tank, including fish that are way too large for such a small tank. There wasn't any natural materials in there and there was hardly any place for them to shelter. The larger fish would have no place to shelter - you could see fish huddled together in the corner trying to shelter. The light in the tank and the area the tank is kept in never went truly dark - likely causing them harm by preventing them from resting fully in the dark.

It’s perfectly adequate. Close to Stewart airport (short ride, not really possible to walk). Some aspects are a bit tired but it is very clean. Staff are exceptionally friendly (Louis- he was fab and happy to answer all of my question) and the cleaning ladies were very friendly too. Louis makes exceptionally good coffee in the morning!

It was advertised to include breakfast but breakfast was coffee, juice and cereal bars.

Even though in training, the gentle lady helping me was kind and resourceful in getting over hurdles she encountered when solo at the desk while her shift boss was taking care of other things around the inn. Her boss also received my questions and helped me along warmly and appealingly. I had a warm, clean, safe, bright, spacious, amply supplied place to stay and focus on what I needed to focus on in peace. The cleaning lady also is efficient and nice.

The system they use to assign rooms may have been spotty, or they could do more personalized questioning at the desk about what ideal area or floor of the inn guests prefer - that was not a problem for me, but for another family I saw in the lobby. We know, though, that availability is not unlimited.

Personel and nearness to the airport. The hotel isn't new, but it was very clean. The unlimited coffee was a nice deed.

Everything was really good, the only thing I didn't like, is that in the booking it was written that there will be a breakfast, and there was only a snack, this was confusing.

Very nice to stay.nice location for food an interstate entrance(which is very helpful)

I the plumbing. Sink will drain but slowly. Sometimes ya had to fix toilet,it sometimes kept running.beyond that...very nice hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised at how great the property was although I shouldn’t have been, I’ve been seeing Howard Johnson on roadways since I was young. With all that time in the can, they would want to be excellent on all fronts, and they did not let me down had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Great value, close to interstate. Steakhouse next door.

Has 2 showers. One is European style with half glass it needs a curtain water everywhere. Not a huge problem since a regular shower was there also

In Manhattan standarts the room is extra large.. day light is alittle poor but because of the time of the year it doesn't effect our decisions about the hotel. Breakfast is enough. The restaurant is under construction.

The brightness of the room was inadequate

The room was excellent. Clean and very comfortable. Just wished they had a chair for 2 on the small deck

They advertised breakfast and restaurant but that was fault. Other then that excellent.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We got the last room in the hotel and fully appreciate the availability as we did not use a credit card at the reservation. Breakfast was fine. The desk staff were very kind.

The hand towels in the bathroom could have been cleaner. There were some marks on them.
