Best Western Owego Inn

When we checked in, the two girls working were AMAZING!! Very friendly, helpful and pleasant. They handled a hotel filled with wrestlers extremely well! I am extremely impressed with how well they handled breakfast. The manager even started breakfast early to accommodate the wrestlers.

It would have been nice to get the same rate as the team but still worth the money just in the experience with the staff.

Staff was friendly - beds were very comfortable. Shower had the strongest water pressure of any hotel bathroom I've ever encountered - anywhere! Amazing. Didn't use the coffee maker or microwave, but refrigerator was good. All in all - the BEST motel in Owego!!! I will def stay there again!

the bathroom was tiny - couldn't open the door all the way and couldn't stand at the sink with the door open. There was no extra toilet tissue and only partial roll when we got there. No usb connection in the lamps, etc - had to use a regular plug, which didn't work for some things, but we managed one at a time. Could've used more room for the suitcases in the entryway - lots of wasted space that could've been utilized for luggage

Very nice, clean hotel. Our two double-bed room was quite large and comfortable. The breakfast is fine--scrambled eggs and sausage were served along with standard waffle-maker and juice-machine, bread, cereal, bagels.

The scrambled eggs were over-cooked. But otherwise, our stay was very nice.

location good and view of river was nice. halls and rooms were clean.

we were greeting by a staff of three overweight employees behind the registration desk responding in infantile humor that seemed to entertain themselves but was not respectful of a new guest arriving at the property.

The room was a good size with comfortable/clean bedding and all the amenities provided. The staff was super helpful and nice as well. Breakfast was good and included a range of different things.

The staff - amazing people. This was a rare find in my travels. People that are actually interested in you and your patronage. Going out of their way to offer help instead of just grabbing your money and hiding behind the front desk.

The location was convenient as it was a short drive from the highway. Also it was near Hickories Park which was nice for an evening walk. Owego downtown was a short ride away and a nice town to walk through. The room was clean.

Pool and fitness center were closed (July 2021) . Very limited choices for breakfast, no hot foods. No maid service during stays.

Massive family room with access to balcony overlooking the river. Comfortable king beds

Shower wasn’t the best but ok. Situated among a retail are, but great for a stop over.

Great staff, always positive, attended to our ever need. Looking forward to staying again.

The room wasn't cleaned to a high standard. Floor was dirty and needed vacuuming, bathroom had nail clippings on floor, cob webs. How ever the staff responded quickly to clean the room. Very satisfied with staff.
