Hampton Inn & Suites Binghamton/Vestal

The location, easy check in and check out, cleanliness of the property and room and the comfortable beds. It also was well stocked with towels and toiletries. The lobby area was very nice as was the breakfast area and selection.

I wish there were more chairs in the room. There were three of us in the room but only one chair. There was a stool but with my bad back we just had to rotate the usage of the chair while in the room

The people at the desk were friendly and awesome. Our room was very nice, clean, the beds were comfortable.

The only thing I didn't care for was breakfast. I didn't like the eggs. They were soggy so I didn't eat them. I was hoping for danish but there was none. I also didn't care for the orange juice. Usually the hotel has flavored creamers like french vanilla creamer but there was none so I didn't get to drink coffee. I ended up eating a bagel with cream cheese which was very good but I was disappointed. However, I am not really complaining as our stay was wonderful.

the breakfast was ok but food for me was not good. coffee was great and available 24/7

bathroom was to tight. toilet was between the sink and shower and very little room so hard to even get the toilet paper. it feel on the floor from roller more than once.

Very quiet. We were given an upgraded suite which was unexpected and much appreciated as my husband gets up frequently and watches TV in hopes of falling back to sleep. This gave me uninterrupted sleep and afforded him a space if his own.

Hotel is easy to find off highway but not much in the area. We ate dinner at nearby Applebee's and Panera is close but not much else.

The rooms were very up-to-date, very clean, very well decorated

The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable and the water in the shower extremely dry it out mine and my husband and my kids, skin and hair we could barely get her hair brushes through our hair afterwards

my room/suite was phenomenal. Big and beautiful and spotless. I would definitely stay here again and request the same suite (220). terrific location

my room was near the pool so there was some noise late into the night. I turned on a white noise app on my phone to block it out. Something to consider if you’re a light sleeper

The breakfast offered a good variety of choices. The location was excellent for visiting the university. I like that it is set back from Vestal Parkway, so there is no traffic noise.

The desk chair in the room seemed broken, it was in a permanent reclining position and couldn't be straightened out. The beds were somewhat sloppily made.

Large, very clean room

Young high school girls from Buffalo running and laughing in hallways after midnight. Nothing done to stop it, then coincidentally the fire alarm went off at 12:15am for over 45 minutes. We heard the girls pulled it.

It was on a hill, so the air was good, and it was clean and nice.

Reservation is not easy, and it is especially difficult to make a reservation for 2 beds. Also, the shower did not drain well, which was inconvenient.

King suite room was a nice open space. Sink and toilet separate which is very nice. One could comfortably stay here for several days.

Pillows too full. Room too hot. Difficult to regulate temperature.
